Dr. Priya Krishnamurthy, MD

This doctor changed my life!! She was very knowledgeable about the thyroid/hypothyroid. I had my thyroid radiated many years ago and had been mismanaged since. In 2019 I was referred to her at Vista Healthcare in St. George, Ut. She did a lot of listening and testing. I cannot believe these reviews. NO doc office has a perfect staff and always run a little late. As far as I am concerned she is the best. It was a tearful time to say goodbye!

I really appreciate the personal care I receive both from Dr Krishnamurthy and her staff! Especially during these critical times in these last 9months!! Carmen and Annie have been excellent in arranging for Labs, Insurance etc,and Tobin for appointments and finding best place to get my prescriptions! They go above and beyond! And I especially appreciate the time and effort Dr K gives all her patients, realizing we are all different and working on ways to solve our issues! She thinks outside of box but in the box of science! Glad we found this Doctor and her staff, about 3yrs ago when we moved here!

I didn't even make it to an appointment with the doctor because of the rudeness and incompetence of the office staff. They asked me to email protected health information multiple times which I refused. Then they gave me wrong information and I was asked for information repeatedly by different people. I had to call for the link to my appointment because no one sent it to me. The final straw was when the nurse called me asking for my insurance information which I had already provided and then when I expressed frustration about this she was incredibly rude to me. I cancelled my appointment on the spot.

She looked like a prostitute and act like one. Left you waiting in the waiting room and the exam room for hours never did help in anyway and any medical needs her fingernails got in the way and her flamboyant colors Ryan professional in every way I really don’t think she could ever be really a doctor of any kind maybe a con artist

My visit with Dr.K was very odd. She spent a lot of time telling me how wonderful she is. When she asked me questions, she would talk over my answers. When she asked my concerns, I replied, “I am just so tired all the time and, no matter what Ido, I just keep getting fatter.” Wow, she was off and running about how we NEVER say “Fat” and how our culture is so demeaning to women, and how important positive self talk is, and how all women are beautiful and how her office was a place of peace and acceptance and no judgement. Well, I sure felt judged! She was very pleased that snacks are provided in the lobby ( sugary fruit snacks, “cheez” crackers and granola bars- ideal for diabetics and people with endocrine issues!) to make us all feel welcome. When we left, my sister and I agreed that was the oddest, most uncomfortable, doctor visit we had ever had. The only good part was, there are two ( soon to be three) St. Bernard dogs that have the run of the office. Well, great for me but… not for my sister who is both fearful and allergic to dogs. THEN, in my rush to leave, I was foolish enough to leave both my driver’s license and my medical insurance card behind. I did not discover this until the next day. I called the number on Dr. K’s business card and was told the “mail box” was full and I should hang up. I called several times and got the same message each time. Finally, I looked them up on line and found an entirely different phone number there. I called that one and left messages for three different staff members. The next day I finally got a call back from the office receptionist. Yes, he had my cards on his desk! When I asked why he had not tried to contact me and let me know that earlier, he said he had thought he would just hold onto them and give them to me at my next appointment - IN 6 WEEKS!!!!! I was VERY unhappy and unimpressed. I drove up to get my cards ( very carefully! When I called their office was closing in an hour and would not reopen for 4 more days. Since it takes me an hour to get there, I had no time to get someone to drive me). I expressed my displeasure and cancelled my next appointment. I do NOT trust these people to handle ANY of my health care!

Avoid this doctor like the plague

My husband and I were patients with Dr. K for years. Wait time was always an hour plus. Her office was on Bellevue in Salem. One time when we went for an appointment, the office was closed. They had moved the office and hadn't told patients. Someone in the complex said they had moved to Liberty Street in Salem. She told us at some time that she was opening another office in Tualatin. Then she left Salem and didnt let her patients know! Another problem was when a person called, the office staff would never return calls.

Late every time then saunters in with her coffee. Ordered labs that cost me over $1000 then disappeared! Her CM said she was out of the country! I think there’s a reason she opened an office an hour from her other one in Salem...because she’s shady!

She seems to know her stuff, I never really ask questions about my condition of thyroid cancer and hormone control. The waits are sometimes a bit long but she seems to want to make things as easy and convenient as possible, in house labs and ultra sounds. But she keeps moving her practice to new locations and never notified me on the last two moves which have happened in the past 6 months. And my pharmacy can't reach her anymore for a refill on my meds which are now overdue for refills. She's now located in Tualatin, OR so I'm going to look for someone to replace her that has a bit more stable location and better staff and better communication

The office including the doctor are not responsive. I am angry because I entrusted my health to her care. I do not have a diagnosis, treatment plan or even notes from my visit to her office. Unprofessional.
