Dr. Reddy is a very good and understanding doctor who wants what is best for the patient. I love the level of care her and her staff offer.

Two hour waits, billing errors, refusals to forward medical records. Most of the problems are due to front office worker. She's been there for years and Dr. Reddy keeps her on in spite of the fact that she's unable to run the office. I switched doctors and am happy to be at a place where they are professional and competent.

I was a patient of Dr Reddy for 14 years. Ver happy with her, So unhappy with her staff(one Person) who always was very nasty to me for some unknown reason. I love my ew Medical group can do most questions and services on line. Very happy with my move.

The office staff is TERRIBLE - very rude and unprofessional. I was hung up on more than once by multiple staff members! When needing a referral for my appointment they sent the wrong one and gave me problems when I continuously called to correct the issue, as well as my other physicians office.
