I just moved to Fla and I tried to make an appt.as a new patient I called 4 times..Ist time after many many rings, they answered and said please hold and I they never did get back to me. The 2nd and 3rd time it rang and rang, no on answered. So I called back and pressed the prompt for office manager. She never answered. If this is how the office staff works and deals with patients, it scared me . Very incompetent.

Hi I have been seeing Dr Fattah for 3 plus years I'm pretty sure.I have seen many doctors for this and he is the only one that listened to my issues.He suggested and worked with me till we found something that works and helps my head. not totally gone but so much better.i would suggest if you want someone to listen and I can complain I promise try him . I hope this helps someone it helped me with my Superbad headaches get better. i have alot less bad days . Thanks feel better

Dr Fattah took the time to review my extensive history when I came in as a new patient. He worked with me for over a month (due to me having Mast Cell Activation Syndrome) to find the right medication for my needs. Very impressed. The office staff are by far some of the nicest people I’ve met. Their professionalism and patience in working with me has been superb. Appointments have been easy to make and my questions have always been answered promptly even if it was to say they would get me an answer by the end of the day. When I had a prescription issue the ladies there helped me to work with my pharmacy to get the special order medication and the doctor/reception team were also able to give me samples to tithe me over until the medication could be ordered.

I was seeing a nameless doctor that was treating me for nine years for the wrong medical problem. Dr Fattah diagnosed me correctly and I am now off all meds. Dr. Fattah is a very caring doctor, takes all the time I need, never tries to rush me.

HE CURED MY HUSBAND'S HEADACHED WHICH HE HAD FOR 5 YEARS 24/7 - HAD SEEN DRS IN TAMPA AND ST PETE - HAD TO GIVE UP GOLF - WAS SO MISERABLE..............DR FATTAH PRESCRIBED A MEDICATION WHICH ENDED THE HEADACHES, NO SIDE EFFECTS, - NO HEADACHES NOW FOR SEVERAL YEARS... I ALSO HAVE FOUND HIM TO COME UP W/ANSWERS TO MANY OF MY MULTIPLE PROBLEMS WHICH NO ONE ELSE COULD OR DIAGNOSED WRONG. HE IS THE MOST WONDERFUL DR ONE COULD ASK FOR AND I AM PICKY SINCE I WORKED IN THE MEDICAL FIELD FOR YEARS...........HE LISTENS AND HE HAS THE MOST CARING ATTITUDE!!

I called because he gave me Grails samples and ran out and they said they would get right back at me.Never did been suffering and went back on regular gabapentin. what a weekend. Very unhappy with staff. Staff said she call me back in one our ! That was the being of the week wow!!!!!

After suffering with leg pains for over a year and getting no answers from 3 other doctors , Dr. Abdulfattah diagnosed my problem as restless leg syndrome, within 15 minutes gave me sample medication to take and withing 3 days pain was gone. Have had follow up visits and tests for carpal tunnel . He recommended surgery which I had done at FSU with no problems. I can't believe that anyone could his find staff anything but Sweet, Helpful and Kind. I found Doctor to be a Great Guy. can't figure out why he would get mixed reviews.

I have seen Dr. Abdulfattah several times for migraine headache issues, and neck problems due to an auto accident. He also screened me for possible MS. He has always been extremely courteous, sympathetic and very knowledgeable about these issues. He is very patient and explains everything in detail. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great neurologist. His staff is absolutely the BEST!!

I was sent to this doc to try and help me with some issues i was having. He barely looked at me, said go get mri. Came back the next week, he said i see nothing wrong with you, gave me the disk the report was on and said try the mayo clinic. What? Then i went back to my primary, who said did you get the stones looked at? I said what stones? He said on your MRI it shows you have kidney stones. I was never told that. Turns out they are 9mm stones! Not some tiny little things. How could he have not seen that? Ya, wont go back to him again. Research your doctors people..if more than one person says beware, keep looking!!!

One office visit on Monday, following Tueaday I had Mri's done, within 3 hrs of the tests, Dr Fattah called and said I needed emergency surgery. After numerous testing and in hospital for a week, and seeing several doctors, took one visit with Dr Fattah and testing and he had me diagnosed. Would recommend him, he took the time to talk to me about what was going on and read xrays from hospital stay. Now I can walk again and use my hands. (He did not do the surgery due to our insurance, but found the surgeon who could do it and had it done the day after he confirmed what was wrong.)
