Dr. Robert Stuart Fowler, MD

This dr is a quack and was NOT nice to me at my visits in 2018-2019. His assistant/wife Alice was also not nice. He is closing his practice within a year and sent out a "cash grab" email stating clients needed the $2k manual even if they are cured...their pain more than likely will return. It is the most insane email I have ever read from someone in the medical community!

Freedom from Lichen Sclerosis thanks to Dr. Fowler! I am so blessed to have found Dr. Fowler. It has taken a year, but my LS has resolved and the related itching and pain are gone! My LS was discovered by my primary care physician during my annual exam, and she recommended the standard treatment of ultra-potent steroid cream. I was also having burning and rawness. Rather than start with that cream, I discovered Dr. Fowler’s website and scheduled a visit with him. Through his use of diagnostic evaluation of the vaginal cells under the microscope, Dr. Fowler quickly discovered that I needed additional vaginal hormone support in addition to my post-menopausal bio-identical hormone patches that I use. I also didn’t need the super strong steroid cream, but rather, just a mild prescription cream, and a strict regimen of eliminating common products like soaps and detergents that have irritants. Dr. Fowler is a miracle worker! After 8 years, and several mis-diagnoses, I was referred to him by a new nurse practitioner at my regular gyno’s office. Going from virtually no hope to a brand new outlook on my condition has given me a new life! After being persistent with my regimen, I am feeling so much better. Overall I’m 95% better. I had this issue for over 20 years. I tried everything and no one could help me other than give me lidocaine to use as needed. Dr. Fowler has saved me from a life of pain, depression and fear. 6 years ago I started getting severe vaginal burning, it was constant, unless I was sleeping. I feared going out, I dropped out of college, I moved back home with my parents and became depressed. Dr. Fowler does not work with any insurance companies and will only see you if you drop $500.00 to see him. He cares about financial gain more than helping the patient!!!

I found Doctor Fowler online while searching out help for my symptoms that my regular gynecologist was unable to help me with over multiple visits. I was having a lot of vaginal pain, discomfort that felt like an intense bladder infection, discomfort during sex and cramps. Doctor Fowler immediately understood what was going on with me and explained the complex role of hormones, cell health and bacterial balance that was causing my symptoms. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Fowler. I suffered for years (cannot even remember how many) with itching, burning, frequent urination, and most of all, painful intercourse. You said I’d get 40% at 4 months 80% at 8 and mostly healed at 1 year - what happened???? 3 agonizing years and it’s worse and my spirit broken. Don’t set expectations you can’t follow through with, Dr. Fowler. Improve the way you address “us” woman. We are not less than!!!! And, don’t talk religion or offer Mormon books on patients. Should be some type of respect/common sense not to mention ethics. You’re “practicing” medicine not pushing your religious beliefs.
