Dr. Radames Rodriguez, MD

This doctor was assigned to me by my healthcare insurance and has been changed by myself. He has a horrible bedside manner and seems to value his own opinions and criticisms rather than the concerns of his own patients. This man should really evaluate the impact that his level of care and compassion has on his patients. The damage has been done at this point and I have taken my own actions to save myself from the same situation from happening again. For a patient to be made to feel as though their voice is less important than that of their physician is unacceptable. Shame on you Mr. Rodriguez, because of doctors like you, other physicians who want to help their patients have to fix the damage done by irresponsible men such as yourself.

Dr. Rodriguez is a caring, considerate physician. he cares about his patients and asks probing questions about your ailments. The office is usually busy, support staff work promptly and efficiently but without any "fluff" so straight to the point.

Had to re-do same blood test three times in one week.Always a problem getting ongoing prescriptions refilled. Office will not respond to pharmacy calls. I have never experienced a business so disorganized and disinterested. Looking for new Doctor.

My prescription refill was supposed to be sent to my pharmacy and the office never sent it. I called about this and they said they'd take care of it but nothing was done. The next day I called again and was told the person who handles that was not there and I needed to leave a message. I did not receive a call back and my prescription was not sent to the pharmacy. It is a prescription I need to take daily and I am now out of it on a Sunday with nothing I can do. I am very unhappy with the staff being so unprofessional and not doing their job. I really do not want to go back to the office because of this.
