Dr. Rachael Mary Ferrari, MD

My advice for seeing Dr. Farrari is.... don't. Her approach to care is responding to anything you say with a prerecorded response. It was literally like having Siri for a doctor. She asked me the same question three different times during my visit which let me know she was not listening with the intention of understanding what I was saying. She threw me on a new med even after I expressed not wanting to be put on more medication. Against my better judgement, I decided to see her again hoping that she was just having an off day the first time. My second visit with her was virtual. The call started on time but there was a connectivity issue and instead of calling me on the phone or trying the video call again, she reached out to the scheduling dept and told them to reschedule me (which I will not be doing). It was the end of the day and she didn't want to be bothered. Not a good quality for someone responsible for caring for people trying to address their mental health to have.
