Summary
I received my M. A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and my B. A. in Psychology from Hampton University with a minor in Children and Family studies. I am a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher and my approach is person-centered and strength based. I provide a holistic approach to the counseling journey through a combination of mindfulness and primarily CBT*.
