Dr. Kaiser - very polite, knowledgeable, great listener, excellent bed manner; providing lots of important suggestions and information with detail explanation; great physical examination; following with tests. In summary, Dr. Kaiser is a wonderful doctor. Glad to visit/consult Dr. Kaiser thru my family doctor referral.

Dr. Kaiser is intelligent, informed about the latest interventions and lovely to work with. She is a problem solver who listens and responds Working with her has been a joy.

Doctor Kaiser is very knowledgeable and comprehensive. She addressed my concerns and answers my questions. She is caring and trying to help. She communicates with my other doctors so I felt that I am under the care of a team of health care professionals. The entire office is well run. They sent me reminder to schedule my DXA test and see Doctor Kaiser in two years after my initial visit. My visit was very efficient - I first had my DXA test at 1pm, I then see Doctor Kaiser at 1:30pm. When I saw her, she had my DXA test result and was able to elaborate the result. I felt Doctor Kaiser and the practice standout and that I'm in good hands.

Dr. Kaiser always takes me on time. She listens to what my concerns and always gives good advice. She's on top of the issues and interacting with her is a pleasure.

After trying several other specialists, I was fortunate to find Dr. Kaiser. That was 12 years ago. Dr. Kaiser cares about each patient, not that common anymore. I've witnessed it in my care, and for others.

She was very knowledgeable in my diagnosis. She told me what I needed and worked with me until my problem went away. She is a concerned physician and I am grateful for the opportunity to have worked with her. I have a great team of doctors and she is one of them.

Consistently, my experience with Dr. Kaiser and her staff was excellent. She is knowledgeable, thoughtful and listens carefully. Her office is exceptionally well run and responsive. It is a privilege to work with her.

Dr. Rachel Kaiser was amazing. My condition is not straight forward. I mush appreciate her critical thinking, looking at the complete history and trying to understand the issue to find the right cause and treatments. As another patient said, I came in as a new patient with a 12 year history of being treated for diagnosed bone disease. First comment was I should be taken off of the meds I had been on for 10+ years and we'd do something completely different. This was before even being tested or "confirmed" as the right diagnoses. Then she had a dozen tests administered including lots of x-rays and scans. Believing this was a standard initial consultation I did not object. I later get a huge bill showing what my insurance didn't cover and it was all the extra tests done. I could not pay it all at once so I stated by mail that I would make payments and sent a check. Today I get a note in the mail saying because I didn't make full payment in their "desired" amount of time, she is no longer going to be my doctor. Um, OK, if that's how this office works then I agree, I don't think you need to be my doctor either. Especially since there was no report on test results and the recommendation of simply… doing physical therapy with no meds going forward was premature and unrealistic. Thanks but no thanks. Keep your patients that don't care about effective treatments and can pay for unnecessary tests.

The absolute worst doctor. Dr. Kaiser is not a diagnostician. She never even touches the patients or listens to them. She makes up her own mind not based on the facts. If you never want to know what is wrong with you, then go to Dr. Kaiser.
