Dr Spears is very kind and easy to talk to. I’m 58 and have been to several OBGYN doctors and she is by far the best.

I ALWAYS have to wait way past my appointment time. As always again I’m waiting. If my appointment Time is 9:30 I don’t expect to see the doctor @ 9:45... 10:00. They need to remember who is paying for the service. I pay them not the opposite! This review is not on the Doctor personally but for the whole office that over books!! If I make an appointment it’s for a specific time I expect to be seen at that time. Don’t make the patients wait because the doctors are running late or the staff overbooked. As a patient we deserve to be treated better. If the rules of the office says we must notify if we are going to be late or a no show. I expect the same in return. Just because a doctor is running late does not make it ok to have patients wait. If they expect us to pay them a late fee for showing up late. I expect a refund or credit when I’m kept waiting. That make perfect sense to me. Again the doctors need to remember that the patients pay them for the service! They don’t… pay us to be the patients. We hire them not vise versa. I really like dr spears I just don’t care for the way the office is run.

I liked rachel. I liked her a lot. Very pleasant and understanding. She helped me with my fears as i was preparing for labor. When labor day finally arrived, things were going fine. Well, aside from the excruciating 43 hrs of contractions and labor.... Until they gave me pitocin. I was "monitored" for a while.... And was on stadol so very out of it. The nurse comes in and mentioned that my contractions have been one minute apart for a while, like an hr. Which, if you didnt know, is REALLY bad for your uterus (as mentioned by the nurse) my mil was livid. All in all my baby was fine. She was born healthy and is very advanced for her age. It just stinks that that had happened under her and the nurses watch.
