As a long time patient I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Spieldoch. She as well as her entire staff (office staff, nurses, techs & Kim w/Sonoran Quest for labs) are a friendly, knowledgeable and professional team.

I was referred to Dr. Spieldoch when I was need of a hysterectomy. At my first visit, I was so impressed with her thorough professionalism and warm bedside manner. Surgery was a success and recovery a breeze. Dr. Spieldoch continues my care with HRT and other female related issues. I will never leave her. She's the best gynecologist & surgeon I've ever had. Wish it hadn't taken so long to find her.

You can use anyone for a GP but for a gynecologist- get the best. I found Dr Spieldoch through my sister who loves her. This woman knows her stuff! She was both my doctor and my surgeon. If you were my sister, I’d make you go to her.

If you need surgery, Dr. Spieldoch is not the doctor to trust to cut you open. I was referred to her by my PCP for a consultation to get a uterine fibroid surgically removed. A little background - many years ago I had laparoscopic surgery to remove an ovarian tumor, performed by another doctor. This procedure left me with scar tissue adhesions which have plagued me with other health issues to this day. Needless to say, I was excited to learn from her website that Dr Spieldoch is a specialist in many forms of non-invasive surgery. However, my excitement ended there as she quickly suggested removing my tubes entirely, without asking if I wanted to preserve my fertility. We then moved onto other recommendations but with no explanations as to the benefits or drawbacks between them all other than their relative level of invasiveness. I agreed to schedule a hysteroscopy, the least invasive procedure, which yes, on the surface, is what I wanted. It wasn’t until a follow-up appointment… with my PCP that he explained that a laparoscopic surgery would be better for discovering, diagnosing and potentially treating other issues that may interfere with my fertility. I had mentioned my fertility goals to Dr Spieldoch in our first visit and yes, she suggested laparoscopy, but without the backing my PCP offered, which caused me to still desire the hysteroscopy. I then called Dr Spieldoch’s office to seek more answers and potentially change my procedure to laparoscopy, but was told I would have to make an additional appointment (and travel time and $180 copay...in addition to the pre-op already scheduled). Krisette, the office manager, was very helpful and assured me all my questions would be answered in this additional appointment, even noting so on the appointment record. However, Dr. Spieldoch entered the appointment with a defensive and accusatory attitude, admonishing me for not taking her initial recommendation, and cut me off mid-question every time I began to express my concerns and ask for more information. After a mere ten minutes she started to head for the door, telling me someone would be in to reschedule for laparoscopy. I had to bring up the note Krisette left about my questions being answered, to which she told me she didn’t have the time, and that I better ask quickly to get through them before she had to go. I guess you could say I got my question answered - do I want Dr Spieldoch to cut me open, without feeling like she treated me and my concerns with respect and decency, offering me the courtesy to thoroughly explain options she offered, or simply making me feel like I mattered more than her schedule? No. As a healthcare provider myself, I understand there are sometimes patients that require a little extra time to help them feel comfortable about their healthcare choices. If you too need that from your OB/GYN, Dr Speildoch is not the one for you.

Dr. Spieldoch and her staff are INCREDIBLE! Very caring, welcoming, and informative office! I came in search of more permanent birth control options. They got to know me as a person, understand my needs, answered my questions, and there was NO judgement that as a 34 year old woman I was set on not having children. Her surgical skills, bedside manner, and knowledge is what sets her apart!!! Not only was my surgery a success, but she didn't rest until she found the IUD placed 5 years ago at another office that went missing! She wasn't convinced it just "magically came out" as other doctors thought. Talk about a lifesaver because she found it up near my stomach and it could've done permanent damage!! I am forever grateful for her determination to provide the best care possible, going above and beyond, and literally saving my life!!! I will be referring all family and friends to her for all their gynecology needs!

I have had such a wonderful experience with doctors bill dark and the whole staff. Dr. spell that takes a lot of time with you listens to you and truly cares wonderful surgeon as well I would highly recommend this office

Been going here for quite a few yrs. Dr Rachel Speildoch is absolutely the best gyno around. She really cares about her patients and takes the time to know you. Very knowledgable and thourough ....an absolute gem!!

Dr Spieldoch and her staff are extremely skilled, professional and provide a caring environment. I am especially impressed with the doctor's willingness to listen and work with me on solutions. I always leave with all of my questions answered and the patient portal allows for further communication, if necessary. I am extremely pleased with the care provided by Dr. Spieldoch!
