Dr. Rachel Leanne Wheeler, DO

Dr Wheeler was very professional and very sensitive to where I was at. I requested to see the x-rays CT and MRI pictures so she could show me the problems that were in my shoulder she explained it very well. Her diagnosis of my shoulder was clearly explained and the restrictions and limitations that would be on me for use of my arm were put very clearly. Those restrictions and limitations upset me but they were true. I am currently trying to determine what steps of action to take next and when. The surgery is going to have to happen for me to get a shoulder to work with at all. I just have to accommodate the limitations and restrictions to an artificial shoulder joint. She left the door open for me to make decisions of when the surgery would take place she also addressed the extreme pain in my leg that could possibly be from my L-3 L-4 disc being in trouble. She referred me to a physical therapy series to address the nerve pain in my right leg and the doctor to test for nerve… disruption. I was referred to a specific doctor for that to happen and made available for the physical therapist to start next week.

Dr Wheeler was very informative and kind during my visit. Her diagnosis was thorough and because I had limited Insurance she was able to give me options to help keep my costs lower. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Wheeler is great!!! I had a hip replacement and everything has been great!!! I am able to walk 5 times farther than before! And my hip pain is almost completely gone!!! And it is getting better everyday! I highly recommend Dr Wheeler!!! And couldn't have better results! Also the staff is great!!! Professional and cortious!!! The absolute beat care!!!

I can't say what Dr. Wheeler's ability as a physician/ surgeon is at this time. Although I had to cancel due to time constraints, i would rather it was that, than some lame excuse. From what I understand she is very thorough and takes her time. I can't hate on a physician that actually works with and listens to those they are providing care to. Therefore I'm giving her an initial 5 star rating. I hope i can reschedule and get back in very very soon. My employer and insurance company seem to be running out of patience with this neck thing I have been dealing with.
