Would recommend to those in the Pasadena area

Someone from the medical board need to visit each physician at Crown City Medical Group and evaluate their job performance. and how they treat us patients. I’m still wondering how did he and all the doctors finish medical and pass the state board. He’s incompetent and not very professional.

This doctor “montalvo” is rude, has no PATIENT CONFIDENTIALITY Is not willing to help you or listen to your concerns nasty attitude.

I recently visited Dr. Montolvo before a biopsy. I thought that he would get back to me to reveal the results in person. He did not do so, he delivered them via U.S. mail. This was harsh, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. I did not understand any of the medical jargon.

Unfortunately, I do feel Dr. Rafael Montalvo doesn't thoroughly examine me during my visit to Crown City Medical Group and he doesn't spend enough time with me before leaving the examining. The only reason I selected Crown City because my health insurance Healthnet Medicaid the selections of physicians are very limited. If there were more selections of physicians accepting new members I would change primary care physicians.
