Dr. Rafael Okamoto, MD

Been going to him for 2 years wait time is always about 4 to 5 hours only to see him for maybe 2 mins. He doesn't take the time to help you, is much to rushed. Felt like cattle in his office. Happy to have moved on.

His office promises to followup on issues such as medications that insurance will not cover,after 3 phone calls, 2 visits, and 21 days the issue has yet to be cleared up, and the medication has not been filled. This medicine is vital to my breathing, and keeping my lungs clear, yet it does not seem to matter to the doctor, the clinic, and his answering service is out and out rude. They take it upon themselves to make decisions which may impact the life of the patient without contacting a doctor, this should be illegal and the doctor should be at fault for not getting a service that takes into consideration the patient rather than the doctors free time.
