Dr Santiago MD is a compassionate no nonsense doctor ,who shows a true caring for his patients. I highly recommend Dr Santiago

This was my first visit. The staff was great. They are busy. Dr. Santiago was nice, prompt, didn't take allot of my time and explained what our next step would be. He was awesome and so were the staff. Very satisfied.

He was very understanding and ready to help In anyway. He took me for an appointment when Dr. Colon was too busy to get in. Handled it well and I would like to keep him as my pain doctor.

I se this doctor for pain management. I have been going there for about 8 months and out of all 8 months he has spent a total of 8 minutes with me, he is in and straight back out the door. The two girls he has working in the office are rude and crabby. The one girl who takes the patients back to the rooms just ask "are your meds working?" then she acts uninterested when you tell her and she doesnt write down your answer nor tell the doctor what you said. They have NEVER took my vitals, done a assessment or even laid a hand or stethascope on me. the doctor doesnt believe you are having pain even with a abnormal MRI in front of him and just throws people on depression medications.

I recently received a card ad to "LOOSE weight now". Dr. Santiago is a physiatrist (physical rehababilitation doctor), so for him/his practice to promote a weight loss plan just seems wrong. I also notice a lot of chiropractors are getting on the same bandwagon; apparently, to get more patients/dollars coming in. By the way, the card should have read "LOSE weight now" - what, he doesn't have spell/grammar check? Oh yeah, right, he probably doesn't understand English grammar.I had originally called the office awhile back re an ad for a free massage and x-ray but was told I couldn't do both on same day (ad didn't state that). Office personnel at front desk were extremely rude (why? because I questioned ad?). I saw their personal comments (IN RED in my file) about me being angry because I questioned the need to have two separate appointments when both x-ray and massage could have been taken care of in one visit. Didn't see Santiago, saw another tall/thin guy (who was courteous and… friendly) for x-ray review. A woman (not sure of her qualifications) did give me a short back massage.

This physician impressed me a lot. His staff was very courteous and kind. He took more than enough time to explain my problems and also to delineate a plan of action. The best part is that my pain improved. I will definitively recommend him to my friends and family.

This doctor was very rude and accused me of not disclosing the medication I was on which was not true because I reported him to one of the owners who was able to confirm my story. With the examination door ajar in the audience of my two sons he claimed I had deceived him after he had checked my urinalysis. He embarrassed me in front of my kids and the eves dropping employees and patients. In the presence of my kids and other he claimed I was shopping for doctors and that it was a federal offense coincidentally the same tale I caution my kids. He refused to apologize when I confronted him with his behavior and was very rude. He has a god like demeanor and treats patients like he is doing them a favor. He was educated in Puetorico a school not well known. He hardly speaks good English and it is hard to communicate with. I will be reporting him to the nursing board and any entity that protects the right of patients.

Dr. Santiago was a caring and efficent doctor from start to finish. He took time to listen to my issues with my back and was able to get me the treatment I needed to make me comfortable. He has excellent bedside manners!
