Dr. Rajiv Rattan Ahuja, MD

Went for immigration physical examination and did not meet him for examination, blood work done and report given. I don't know how you give ap report with physically examining a patient. Customer dervice was also poor.

My family has been going to Dr. Ahuja for approximately 20 years. He is always kind and thoughtful and an excellent diagnostician, who spends as much time as needed to listen to our concerns. Staff is always attentive and make everyone feel welcome, but they schedule everyone for the same times and then it is first come, first served, so sometimes you are waiting quite a while. He also does hospital rounds and sometimes the wait is due to that as well. We deal with that because we know when we get in, we will have his full attention, no matter how rushed he is.

Many people have complained below that the front office staff is overbooking people or is not polite. I would like to add that the shortcomings of the staff are actually representation of the type of clinic the doctor runs. If the office is full of patients then it is the doctors fault for arriving late and still having his staff overbook. Plus it is the doctor who tells when to book patients, the staff does not make those decisions. In my experience, I waited over 1.5 hours for his arrival. The doctor did not spend even five minutes with me, he walked in, said hi and asked whats wrong, and dashed out to write me a prescription. BUT, he certainly took the time to outline that I need a follow-up, $$, but felt he didn't really need to make the effort say why. I changed my doctor after that experience. In conclusion, I would not recommend this doctor to anyone, the clinic's concentration is money, money and some more money.

He has provided care for my x spouse - and I finally met him today. He was a very sweet and caring provider. I want to thank him for everything he has done for my x spouse over the years.

THE PEOPLE WHO WORKS IN THE OFFICE DON'T KNOW ANYTHING...THE ROOM SMELLS N THEY FLIRT WITH THE DOCTOR...I'M TELLING YOU PEOPLE HE IS NOT A DOCTOR THEY JUST WANT UR MONEY THEY DON'T HELP PEOPLE CAUSE THEY DON'T KNOW ANYTHING GO BACK TO SCHOOL....

MY VISIT TO DR AHUJA WAS GREAT, THE FRONT DESK HAS GIVING ME EXCELLENT SERVICE, THEY WERE PROMPT ON GIVING ME AN APPOINTMENT , MY FATHER ALSO HAS MOVED FROM ANOTHER CITY AND GOT VERY ILL DR RESPONSE WAS FAST AND TOOK CARE OF MY FATHER AND TREATED HIM WITH EXCELLENT CARE. I REQUEST THAT ANYONE WHO GOES WILL BE TAKEN CARE VERY WELL BY HIM AND HIS STAFF.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I schedule an appointment for medical exam for immigration purposes. the doctor said his fee is 130 but then try to charge you $300 for immunization shot. They didn't disclose this information when you make the appointment. they will let you know that you need the shot after they took your 130. HE IS A SNAKE DOCTOR.

Great Doctor in taking care of people and thier problems. But he is trying to run the show with minimal staff and see every patient that needs an appointment. Staff has no training in or idea about customer service. Wait time is terrible, almost always exceeding 2 hours!

STRONGLY RECOMMENED DON'T SEE THIS DOCTOR. IF YOU GO THERE, YOU HAVE TO SIT ATLEAST HALF DAY. HE WILL SPEND TIME WITH YOU NOT MORE THAN 2 MINUTES. IF YOU NEED RX REFILL. YOU HAVE TO GO EVERY MONTH FOR RX REFILL. I SPENT 1 MINUTE WITH HIM AND THEY CHARGE MY INSURANCE $300 FOR EXISITING PATEINT. MY INSURANCE APPLIED TOWARD DEDUCTIBLE AND I HAD TO PAY ALL OF THEM.
