I love this lady/doctor. She really puts me at ease, and she doesn't pull any punches about my health. I'm moving in the next few months and I hope I can find someone like her in Oregon.

Dr. Malik is a very intelligent physician and I have been impressed with her care but............her staff is terrible. When tests are ordered I am waiting 2 weeks to get results and only get them when I repeatedly call the office. The nursing staff seems unable to keep up with all the patients scheduled and apparently do not care about the patients but only care about their paychecks. Sad that a good physician has such terrible help.

I was very displeased with the staff I have never physically been in the office but after calling and making some inquiries I have decided to find another doctor. Dr.Malik's receptionist seemed to be disinterested in assisting me over the phone and provided me no help !

Poor patient record keeping. Not knowlegable regarding the past tests, medications, etc. that she ordered for the patient. Very poor in refilling RXs on time. Poor bedside manner. No personality and no warmth or humanity shown in patient visits. Haphazard and fumbling when it comes to relaying tests results and diagnosis.
