Dr, Arora is always available, she will return your calls. Dr. Takes her time with you and explains everything you want. She never seems like she is rushing you. So different than most doctors. She is tops on my list of doctors they could take lessons from her. Jean.

I paid out of pocket up front for bloodwork and then they asked the lab to bill me as well so I have been getting bills from a lab that is about to go to collections for about 7 months now and every time I call them they say the billing person is not there. The one time I talked to the billing person she apologized and said it would be taken care of, months ago. It still hasn’t. The front desk woman is rude and told me sorry she can’t help me and said no one at the office has an email address that I can email to get it in writing for when it has to go to court. I would never recommend this place

My father is 89 years old. He has been a patient of Dr. Rakesh Arora for at least 30 years. My father has always been treated as a person who matters and not just as a patient. My father has gone through a lot of changes in his physical health over the years. The level of care has always been outstanding! At the age of 89, my father now requires assistance at home from family members and caregivers. Dr. Arora has been instrumental with guidance and communication as we walk this path. Thank you to both Dr. Aroras for everything you have done for our father and our family!

I have been a patient for over 10 years. Dr. Arora and his staff have always been most professional and compassionate. The addition of his daughter ( a brilliant physician in her own right) has been an absolute blessing to his practice. I truly would recommend anyone who is looking for a professional healthcare provider.

Dr. Arora was a great doctor; however, his staff was very unprofessional and down right nasty. His nurse in particular was rude and when I complained to Dr. Arora, he didn't remedy the situation. I do know that good help is hard to come by, but a nurse with a bad attitude towards patients should not be tolerated.
