Doctor is Intelligent, but overbooking is hurting the patients

His wife the receptionist was very rude and unhelpful

Dr. Marwaha hears his patients and their families out. He listened when my father was really sick and protected him, encouraging him to seek emergency medical care at Edward. Both he and his partner have excellent bedside manners and I highly respect his dedication to his career as a kind physician. You are in great hands with this brilliant doctor!

Dr. Marwaha has been my doctor for 8+ years. I haven't seen him much other than minor health consultation. Recently, I had my mother in law see Dr. Marwaha. The experience has been terrible as compare to DMG or other places from past experiences. Dr. Marwaha needs to get his office in order from front desk to nurses. I feel, he is a good doctor but front desk over book him which does not allow him to spend enough time with his patient and he is in rush. Everyone is rude and in rush other than doctor and one nurse (exception). In our case he had mark the radiology order as urgent as it was a severe case and he didn't do. So called again, he did but nurses didn't fax and Radiology will give appointment 4 days later as this was urgent. I could see complete disconnect. Now I had to take her to ER. There were few similar situation with his office in my mother-in-law situation. I like him but the office operations need to stream line. May be time to change doctor!! :)

I switched Doctors to try to find someone that cares about you and your health and there're so many Dr's out there and I live 45 mins from his Naperville office and my old Dr was 4 mins away and after meeting Dr Marwaha for the 1st time and talking to him it felt like I've known him my whole life! He is a great guy that is down to earth. I have been with him for almost 2 years and don't ever plan on leaving him. He will actually sit down and talk to you and he remembers exactly were we left off the last time I was in asking how my family and business is. Every time after I leave there I feel like I learned something better about myself. He is a very positive person to be around. His wife runs the office and the staff is great they all seem like one big happy family! If you are looking for a new Dr I would recommend him to all my family and friends!

Worst staff I ever had, Only they are concerned about your money not about your health. Please be careful

I've been seeing Dr. Marwaha for over a year now and he is them first doctor ever I've experienced that can be busy but take the time with every patient to listen, check out your concerns then go far above and beyond any other doctor in that he will address every issue you have going far above and beyond what the status quo consider healthcare. He actually tries to solve or cure your issue and not just write a prescription to make you THINK you got healthcare. He follows up every month to see how your issue is becoming better and this guy truly knows what he is talking about and it shows. Without a doubt the best doctor I've ever had and can help with multiple issues always going beyond what is the norm. I'm Robert G. and I'd trust this doctor of internal medicine with all things medical. The staff is beyond nice. Especially the lady that makes your appointment and takes payment. Not super expensive and care beyond the cost. These people will TRULY help you. I want to acknowledge… him as a great doctor but I have a selfish side too that tells me when you finally find a doctor like this to keep it quiet so he isn't bombarded by patients making a long wait which I've never spent more than ten minutes in waiting room and he is normally seeing me within 7 minutes and he will listen as long as it takes because he actually cures people and gives them a better quality of life. Marshal I feel very lucky to have na doctor with your expertise and your willingness to give each patient the full benefit of your medical knowledge and I don't feel as cattle being driven in and given BS meds unless meds will help. I have always felt I'm your most important patient you are seeing because that's how you treat everyone of us. Thank you. If you want a great doctor call his office. By great I don't mean jokes and pushing meds you don't need...I mean great by he knows exactly what he is talking about. My last 5 doctors together could not help me as he has. If you truly want to be well...here is the guy that can give you the best shot at it.

I have been with him out of the Downers Grove Office for over 30yrs. With my numerous maladies he has helped me both with my maintenance and recovery time. As noted however in other reviews his wait time for office visits are 1hr or more long. Recently moved and while it may take me over an hour to get to his office I plan on staying with the good doctor, he is that good!!

Called husband by telephone, screaming, making false accusations that patient ran out on bill, then hung up on husband. (Dr. aware patient had full coverage insurance.)

Nearly died 4x Multiple serious conditions now stable
