His office is unbelievably rude had a issue with phys doctor asked for a grevence and I recorded her telling me they do not have one at that office Pottstown don’t go there

The CRNP Joyce is excellent. If you must go to this office, choose her as your care provider. Dr Eluri is incredibly rude. He cuts you off after you say 2 or 3 words, and practically yells at you if you ask him to elaborate on something. The answering service is atrocious. I have left numerous messages with them. They have not delivered a single one to the office staff. Ever. The staff are friendly - but they do not put much effort in to getting back to you about any questions you have. Overall this place is a joke. Despite how friendly mkst of the staff are... Their level of professionalism is seriously lacking.

Besides being fairly expensive as Insurance will not yet cover Addiction visits, Dr. Eluri is very friendly and works with me and my issues very well. Very nice as a Doctor and a person.

Dr. Eluri is wonderful. His treatment has completely changed my life.His secretary is absolutely wonderful. It is always easy to make or reschedule an apt. and she is very easy to talk to and understanding. For anyone who needs a dr., I highly recommend Dr. Eluri

Very hard to get in touch with this doctor, most of the time the office seems to be closed and when you leave a message they hardly ever return your call. Ran out of medication because I couldnt set up a follow up appt. Pharmacy could not get a call back to confirm renewal of the Rx. Going to see a new doc this week.
