He is curt, dismissive, and does not take time to listen to your symptoms or concerns. Does not seem to be up to date on the latest info and treatments in the field. Not recommended, especially if you need a doctor who takes you seriously or treats you with respect.

I have been under Dr. Kesavalu's care for approximately 4-5 yrs. I have RA. He has prescribed the necessary medicines that keep me from getting worse. He listens to what I have to say and explains what I should do to help myself. He has a very sympathetic mannerism that I really appreciate. He projects a genuine concern for my welfare. He is very dedicated. He has seen me on short notice on a few times I've been in real pain. He is a blessing to me.

I can't say enough to sing Dr. Kesavalu's praises! He is one of the best. He takes his time, listens to all of my concerns, explains my labs, and checks all my medications and interactions, every time I visit.I have severe Lupus(SLE) with organ involvement. Dr. Kesavalu has been as aggressive in treating my symptoms as the disease has been itself. I have come a long way, and due to the excellent care of my rheumatologist, my disease is under control and manageable. I couldn't ask for a better doctor!

I have been seeing him for the last one year. I have been suffering in pain for the last 3 years and no one knew why. Dr.Ramesh diagnosed me correctly and with the medications, I am able to go back to work now. He calls me with abnormal blood tests and tells me what to do promptly. He sees me the same day when my joint swell up or when I need a cortizone shot. Great doctor.
