Great surgeon and his office staff is wonderful!

I had a lipoma removed from my back. Office very clean, wait time excellent, dr's bedside manors wonderful, I believe his wife is his nurse and she is a sweetheart. Only issue I had was receptionist.She was flat non caring no personality at all in person or on the phone. In my opinion she needs a new job! She is the first person you see and speak too and she sets the tone of the visit. She acts like she can care less, she border's on being rude!. On my first visit after checking in I was aprehensive and hoped the nurse and Doctor would be a better experience than she was. Thankfully they were! She was the reason I could not give 5 stars!

I delayed my thyroid surgery because I didn't trust the surgeons I visited before visiting Dr. Patel. While sitting in his office, full of patients, I noticed a very neat scar running diagonally down the side of an older gentleman's neck, who shared with me that he was visiting to arrange similar surgery on the other side of his neck. A satisfied customer's referral and a noticeably neat job, convinced me that I was in the right place. Dr. Patel did such a neat job, my coworker's couldn't tell I had the surgery. That was 8 years ago, and I am still a satisfied customer.

Dr.Patel did an excellent job of repairing my hernia and I would not hesitate to have him as my surgeon again!
