Dr. Rami Moshe Sadeghi, PhD

I have been seeing Dr. Rami now for over 2 years. I’ve been referring him to others for just as long because right off the bat I found his wisdom, warmth and therapeutic skills give me insights into all my personal relationships, and then consider practical steps I could take to make them better. That “balance” of insight and change is very important to me. A lot of this work has obviously come as I’ve learned more about myself and how I view and treat myself. Especially as it relates to experiences I had growing up, and how those experiences have contributed to the choices I’ve made now as an adult. My experience with Rami (as well as what I’ve heard about him from the friends and family members I’ve referred him to) is that he builds a beautiful trust that allows me to really be open to exploring myself. He’s present, empathetic, and caring. As I said, I’ve referred Rami to many others before, but I guess as its New Year’s Eve, and I’m thinking about the good things in my… life, I wanted to share this hoping it would help others as well. My family is going through a very traumatic time right now and Dr. Sadeghi has helped me find ways to cope, grieve, forgive, and connect. He meets me where I am and guides me to where I want to be. My husband sees him and my parents have even come to a few sessions with me. If it wasnt for Dr. Sadeghi I'm not sure what the status of my family or my mental health would be. What I do know, is once this trauma has passed I will have the tools and support I need to heal, grow, and be an amazing wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend.
