Dr. Ramin B Cocoziello, MD

By far the WORST experience I have ever had with an office. I went from the beginning of my pregnancy to 14 weeks and it was the worst mistake I made. I never ever leave reviews and I am a very patient and understanding person. However, this was beyond ridiculous and I don't want anyone else to have to go through this. The office staff didn't wear masks and were always snapping back at you, the chairs had stains on them in the waiting room, and if you wait less than two hours, you're lucky. I would go into the exam room and there would be dirty gloves on the floor and someone else's ultrasound still visible on the machine with all of their personal information. The doctor himself was okay but he really didn't do much other than give me ultrasounds. No real questions were answered. One time his mom covered my appointment because she is also an OB and took her mask off while she was talking to me all through the appointment. You would think as an OB you would know that pregnant women… have a compromised immune system - especially during a pandemic? The staff would talk badly about patients as soon as they hung up with them and everyone in the waiting room could hear. When I transferred to another doctor, it took this office TWO MONTHS and numerous phone calls and emails to send over my full tests. The first time my new doctor asked, I only got three pages of a record for 14 weeks of pregnancy and at least 5 visits including a nuchal translucency that I still don't know the results for because they refused to tell me after I said I was leaving the office. I had to threaten legal action to get them to send to my new doc. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. So much unneeded stress in your pregnancy.

This doctor sent me a bill 8 months after I was a patient in a hospital where he works, and incorrectly coded it to show that I owe him $7K total. Note: he did not treat me, he was just the OBGYN on the floor where my child was delivered by a different OBGYN, of which I have no control. I was very upset about it, and after consulting with my father, who is a practicing physician, and my OBGYN, they both confirmed what I suspected: this is shady practice. Beware.

Great Doctor. He has delivered both my babies. would not change him for anything

EXELENTE SERVICIO,EL DOCTOR MUY PACIENTE SABE EXPLICARLE CUALQUIER SITUACION,MUY ENFOCADO EN UNO SIEMPRE Y PENDIENTE DE UNO,AMO IR DONDE COCOZIELLO MUCHO MAS POR EL GRAN STAFF DE EMFERMERAS QUE TIENE,AMIGABLE,SERVICIAL Y MUY ATENTAS,APARTE DE UNA GRAN RAPIDES EN ATENDER A SUS PACIENTES..!

Do not go to this doctor, he does not care about his patients. He outsources his care to hospital facilities. Stay Away for the safety of your child

Dr. Cocoziello is an extremely competent physician. I had late onset pregnancy induced hypertension- he monitored my condition very closely and sent me for bloodwork etc as necessary. He is very thorough and knowledgeable and I would recommend to anyone living in northern NJ.
