Dr. Ramneek K Rana, MD

I was worried about a possible cancerous growth in a sensitive area. My appointment with Dr. Rana was very rushed and she didn't approach the situation with the concern it should have had. She told me my options, giving limited information and when I tried to clarify the procedures, healing time, and risks later over messenger in multiple attempts, she refused to answer any of my questions, and simply told me 'it's your decision if you want to have a procedure.' Of course it is, but how am I supposed to decide without knowing more info? I had to ask my PCP all the same questions, who was able to answer them with no problem. She didn't seem to know the answers and didn't want any sort of liability with outcomes, but we depend on doctors to help us evaluate risks. I felt like I was not in knowledgable or caring hands.

By far one of the best OBGYNs I've seen. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for someone who can be quick, do everything well, and still be exceptionally friendly and ready to answer any questions you have. Very thorough and showed genuine concern which I appreciate. Even took time to follow up with me on an issue a few days later.

Dr. Rana is knowledgeable and has a nice bedside manner. She made me feel really comfortable and took the time to address all of my concerns. She even called me the same week to check in to see how I was doing. Overall great doctor and experience - I highly recommend!

I thought she was fantastic. Been to a few OB/GYNs in the area and am glad I finally found someone who took the time to listen to me. She spent 30 minutes with me and was comforting to my situation. She explained the exam and tests she was ordering and even drew a picture to explain how the test is done! Ive recommended her a few times and everyone has had a great experience!

Dr. Rana seemed very disinterested and dismissive of the issues I spoke with her about on the two occasions I saw her. She was quick to end our appointments and spent too little time talking with me. I once had to diagnosis myself and although she didn't believe me, her lab results proved my diagnosis correct. She failed to do a full exam when I came in for my annual and her (or her office) miscues my services causing me to go through a long hassle with my insurer to fix the issue in order to avoid paying an unnecessary bill. I would not go to Dr. Rana again.
