Can I give a zero star please!? This is the most incompetent and rudest staff I ever dealt with period. I took precious time from work, filled out the new patient questionnaire online, and confirmed my appt beforehand. When I got there I was hearing the staff talk in the back loud in Spanish but nobody was at the front desk. After screaming a few times -after 10 min- or so a 'nurse' or front desk person (not sure) came to the front, no sorry no nothing, and proceeded to tell they were on their lunch break!! lol so did they schedule my appt during their lunch break?? go figure. then she proceeded to tell me that I should've printed what I filled online and that there instructions in the email she sent me. Show her the email no printing instructions, again I guess she was raised by wolves, no excuses AGAIN. Third time is a charm: She tells me that my insurance is not accepted and that somebody should have told me beforehand. Nobody ever told me that btw. But she insisted that I was… lying and that somebody told me that beforehand. So let me see: somebody told me my insurance was taken there but I still waisted 2 hours from work showing up??? AGAIN no excuses, no I'm sorry nothing. When I finally started getting heated up she just told me she doesn't speak with 'people like me'. I'll speak Spanish next time maybe she'll address my like a human being I guess.... This experience was definitely a twilight zone type experience. Very sad. Never been treated like this, especially in a pseudo-medical facility!! Rudeness, incompetence, and prejudice all rolled together. If the staff treats people like that I'd definitely not recommend anybody to get treatment there -even for free- at this facility. UNBELIEVABLE.

Had a great outcome with his interventions on my dystonia treatments for about five years! He is wonderful!
