Dr. Ramsey Moosavi, MD

Today I had an appointment with Dr.Moosavi to go over my lab results. He VIOLENTLY accused me of adding things to the lab order that I did not do.I am not a lab technician and I have no idea what is on the form. Her VERBALLY ABUSED ME as I tried to convince him that I was not the person who made the change, he told me " you are a lier" . I was shocked at his behavior and at that point I asked to see a different doctor. He got angry and told me " to get out of here , and if you do not leave I will call the police".I proceeded to leave and asked for a copy of the original order but he refused to give me any of my paperwork. I went as far as to go back to Quest Diagnostics to pursue this matter, they got on the phone with him and explained since I had two lab orders on that day, one from Dr.Moosavi and another from a different doctor, in such cases Quest admitted they combine the orders so Quest could have some how changed the order but again Dr.Moosavi would not hear of it. I would… highly recommend everyone to not deal with such an insulting and unprofessional person as Dr.Moosavi, because this is no way for someone like a professional doctor to treat a patient. I would rather not give the one star that I have to, for this to post but I want to make others aware of this persons behavior. I would highly recommend that you go elsewhere for care. He is not mentally stable to take care of anyone as he requires anger management. Please don't make the same mistake as my mom and receive your care elsewhere. Thank you for reading!

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Moosavi since we moved to Jacksonville 7 years ago. He promotes living a healthy lifestyle and always fits us in when we need an appointment. Great doctor!

I went to get lab results. I tried to bring Dr. up to date on my cardiac status/procedures but he interrupted me, railing re my lab results and blaming my cardiologist (Board Certified) for lab results. Told me in no uncertain terms to get another cardiologist. Repeated this to my wife at a later date in office.

Dr. Moosavi has been taking care of my children and my parents for the past 8 years. We just absolutely love him.

Dr. Moosavi is kind and knowledgable. He diagnosed my ailment properly. He took the time to explain it to me. He went the extra mile to work with other specialists and as a result of his medical management he saved my life, A very rare gem!

I have been a patient at this facility for over 9 years. They are always friendly & efficient and the wait time is minimal. Dr. Moosavi has been my medical doctor for almost 9 years and has always taken very good care of me and my parents.

He is the rudest doctor I've ever seen! Do not go to him! HES AWFUL

To say Dr. Moosavi is a great doctor would be an understatement. We have been seeking his medical services for past 8 years and he has been awesome with my children and parents. In fact, I lost my job and had some financial difficulties and this man provided a generous gifts for my children during Christmas time. A very rare gem!!!

Dr. Moosavi is a compassionate and gets straight to the point and does not beat around the bush. Some people view this approach as rude but he has never been rude to me and my family for past 9 years that we have been using his services. In fact, my parents and my children love Dr. Moosavi. He simply speaks the truth. He is a great doctor, good looking and handsome. Keep up the good work Dr. Moosavi.
