Dr. Ran Abrahamy, MD

A Dr must notify patient in person or by cert mail that he is closing practice. I didn't get this courtesy and now I can't locate my records. I thought he cared about me but apparently not.

FROM THE FIRST APPOINTMENT AT THIS OFFICE, IT WAS UNPLEASANT. BEFOR BEING SEEN I WAS OVER CHARGED MY COPAYMENT. SECOND VISIT WAS AN ISSUE WITH COPAYMENTS AGAIN. WENT FOR TEST RESULTS AND THIS MAN WAS VERY UNWILLING TO LISTEN OR ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. HE WAS ABRUPT, RUDE AND BELITTLING. PRESCRIPTION WAS GIVEN AND WAS WRITTEN INCORRECTLY. WHENEVER A QUESTION WAS AKED HE WOULD BECOME VERY ARGUMENTATIVE. DOES NOT LISTEN TO PATIENT. HE IS A HORRIBLE DOCTOR AND HIS BEDSIDE MANNERS ARE EVEN WORSE. IF I COUL RATE LESS THAN A ONE I WOULD GIVE (-5)

Worse bedside manner I have ever encountered. He is very condescending, obnoxious and rude. Doesn't listen to what you have to sayand is very argumentative.

I can't really tell if he's a good doctor or not since he refuses to treat his patients unless they pay up front. I went to him for a prostate biopsy and found I had cancer. He refused to go any further with treatment until I settled my account in full and put down a deposit for the next step in the procedure. Clearly he is more concerned about money than he is about his patients

Dr. Abrahamy has been my doctor for several years. It would be difficult to find a more competent and experienced urologist in Broward County. I have had a few urological issues, which he has diagnosed and treated very simply and effectively. I am very pleased with the way his practice is managed â?? short wait times and always providing timely answers to my concerns.

He is condescending and arrogant. He does not even look at you when he talks to you. He looks down at the floor. I asked him nicely to look at me so that I can better understand what he is saying (has accent). Worst bedside manner I've every seen!! I would rate him ZERO if I was given the option.

staff rude,refused to answer insurance request for information, that would have made my medication free. the doctor said he was to busy to fill out forms for insurance companies. he walked away from me with a attitude.

THIS GUY FIRST OFF IS A HORRIBLE HORRIBLE MAN, MY HUSBAND AND I HAD BEEN PATIENTS AT HIS OFFICE FOR OVER 11 YEARS, THOUGHT HE WAS THE BEST MY HUSBAND HAD TO HAVE EMERGENCY SURGERY WHILE THIS "DR" WAS OPERATING HE USED NON STERILE INSTRUMENTS AND MY HUSBAND DEVELOPED E.COLI THROUGH THE BLOOD SO AFTER THE SURGERY THEY TOLD ME A BIOPSY WAS TAKEN BUT NEVER GOT A CALL FROM THIS MANS OFFICE WHEN WE WENT FOR FOLLOW UP I QUESTIONED HIM ABOUT NEVER RECIEVING A PHONE CALL THE MAN THEN WENT INTO ANOTHER ROOM AND CAME BACK WITH DISCHARGE PAPERS TO TOP IT OFF I JUST FOUND OUT THAT MY BLADDER DROPPED AGAIN A SURGERY HE PERFORMED ON ME 5 YEARS BACK AND GUESS WHAT TO MY KNOWLEDGE THE WERE RECALLED.. I AM A PERSON WHO BELIEVE WHAT ONE PERSON DOES TO ANOTHER WILL COME BACK AND I JUST WANT TO GIVE WARNING FROM PATIENTS WHO HAVE BEEN HIS FOR YEARS, STAY AWAY STAY FAR AWAY.. MY NEW UROLOGIST TOLD ME SHE DID HER INTERN AT THE SAME HOSPITAL HE DID HIS AND ALMOST GOT HER FIRED BC SHE WAS A FEMALE DOCTOR AND… IN HIS COUNTRY WOMEN SHOULD NOT BE DOCTORS??? CRAZY MANIAC WITH A LISCENSE PLEASE WATCH OUT!
