Dr. Rana B Jacob, MD

This office is poorly run, every time I've had an appointment it's at least a half hour wait. Dr Jacob is not at all compassionate, she is rushed all the time, doesn't want to listen to what I have to say about my care. Her nurse is terrible. He doesn't do his job correctly and the Dr Jacob takes it out on the patient. The walls are paper thin,you can hear conversations of patients and physicians in the other nearby rooms. I'm in the process of looking for another oncologist.

Dr. Jacob & her staff & her staff make me feel comfortable. They all do a wonderful job.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jacob for 10 yr.(follow-up on breast cancer). She is so intelligent, caring and kind, explains everything to the patient. Every patient is important to her. Her staff can be described in two words- "The Best", definitely chosen carefully to work in oncology/hematology. I fell fortunate to have Dr.Jacob and her staff as my oncology team.

Dr. Jacob is a fantastic caring physician, while she is in the exam room with you you feel like you are her only patient that day.
