Randa Sawaf-Hajji, MD

Dr. Sawaf is a great choice to have in your corner for health care. She is a good listener, great diagnostician, and very patient. She very well may have saved my life by recognizing what I thought was indigestion was actually heart trouble. Sending me for a stress test led to a trip to the cardiac cath lab where a 90% blockage of a coronary artery was fixed with a stent. Dr. Sawaf takes very good care of her patients.

Dr Sawef is a kind, compassionate and thorough. She really listens and has helped me with several chronic conditions.

Dr. Sawaf took the time to review my medical records and explained everything in great details. She made sure my medical record is up to date from every aspect. She has a great personality, very honest and straightforward. Unlike my previous doctor, She is great at keeping communication going. I had to get some blood tests done as well as a CT scan, in no time they were reviewed by her and posted through the portal. I would highly recommend her to anyone! She is great at what she does!

I was scheduled to meet with Dr. Sawaf for my INITIAL visit and there was some miscommunication about the appointment time. I am currently dealing with a broken ankle, lab work issues, memory issues, a 90 year old sick mother, and just "lots of life issues." I was informed that Dr. Sawaf will not see me as a patient because of this miscommunication. This kind of understanding and compassion, I can live WITHOUT. I can image that she has lots of openings for new patients because this is very unprofessional and extremely cold communication and treatment. I love my other doctors at St. Luke's. I am not sure Dr. Sawaf fits the caring and patient doctors that St. Luke's is known for.

Lousy experience. Doctor was horrible. Never returned calls nor responded to issues regarding wrong tests ordered. I would think twice about using this doctor.
