This place is nothing short of a refugee camp they way they treat their patients. On the first visit he did not greet me or introduce himself. he had ZERO tact and bedside manner. I was called back for a follow up and they dont give results over the phone, I had to go in. The wait was unacceptable. It was over an hour and a half. When Dr. Chee-Awai came in he again did not greet me and immediately started to be condescending. He yelled my results at me. I called back the following Monday to cancel my appointment because I found another OB, and when I advised the front desk associate why she laughed and said "ok" and hung up the phone. The office is ugly and outdated as well. Oh and this was my first visit.

Dr Chee-Awai is a great doctor. He cares about his patients. Me and my sister have been going to him for years. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This is an excellent Dr. He really knows his stuff.

Dr. Chee-Awai helped me through a difficult pregnancy. He was there for me and made sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable about all procedures and steps that had to be made to get my baby into the world safe and healthy while keeping me safe and healthy.

He has no tact when telling results of tests, rude and condescending, I came to him scared and concerned about child baring, he made rude remarks and made me feel less than. He continuously made appointments that were not needed and billed my insurance for stuff he never did. I left is office feeling defeated and chose to never to go back again. To the glory of the Lord I found a Doctor who was caring and encouraging, calmed me down and met my needs with ease. I'll advise any woman who has to go to Randall Chee-Awai find another GYNO He's something else.

First time mother and I definitely regret choosing this office. They are so inconsiderate of other people’s time. It is ridiculous and unprofessional. If you have an appointment with him, be prepared to WAIT. I’ve waited over an hour to be seen more than once and I’m ready for this pregnancy to be over so I can leave this office.
