This place is a joke! I was referred by a friend there and the doctor I saw was Dr. Randall E. Jack, M.D. My initial impression of the doctor was positive at first. I went into to do a pap smear and during the visit, he brought a few things to my attention. Towards the end of the visit, I had an additional question and he seemed uncomfortable and rushed. I did not have a good connection with him. He did not provide me with a lab slip for blood work he recommended I have done either. He recommended that I have a procedure done but stated it had to be preauthorized and I found out from my insurance company later this was untrue and the outpatient procedure did not require preauthorization. I went back to the office about a week later to see about getting the lab slip and the receptionist stated she did not see anything about what I was referring to. So I met with the nurse and I was concerned about what was happening and she was almost comical and not really paying attention… to what I was saying. She just stated she would have someone follow up with me on my request. A few days went by and I did not hear from anyone. The whole office seemed disorganized! I contacted my insurance company and to my horror, I discovered that the office submitted a wellness exam claim and did not reference the pap smear at all. The insurance indicated it was billed as an office visit to go over medications I was taking. I am like what??!! I kept wondering why I did not see my lab results from Lab Corp and now I know the specimen that was taken on my visit was never submitted. I am shocked and beyond disbelief on what happened and no one from the office never followed up with me! Now I am forced to go to another gynecologist to get a pap smear that I thought was done already. I have never in my life experienced anything like this and it is disheartening!!

Open minded and listens. Willing to accomodate unusual requests. Very easy going.

I needed to see a GYN somewhat urgently, I was able to call and get an appointment with his office the same day. I was at first a little hesistant since he is male doctor, but after meeting him and his nurse, they both made me feel so comfortable. He spent a lot of time with me and answered all my questions. Probably one of the best doctors I have ever been to. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr Jack is an Intelligent and caring person. He cared enough about me to take away my pain in surgery. Thanks to him I can now have a baby!! He was caring for me every step of the way. He looks like Clark Kent and is truely my superman! Now it is possible to have a baby thanks to him and his staff.I'm so sad that he and his wife are moving to Reno,NV. I do wish them luck and good wishes. I have looked for over ten years for a GYN to believe me about my pain and I finally found Dr. Jack only to see him go too soon. He is so good that I'd Take a flight out to Reno just for my annual checkups!!LOL Thank You Dr Jack! You really are one in a million!!! He deserves to be in the American Journal Of Medicine! Always shoot for the stars Dr Jack....I'll miss you!!
