Dr. Randall M Tuggle, MD

If I didn't have awful insurance I would have never had the misfortune of seeing him. He was abrasive, rude and extremely fast. The first visit I waited over an hour. The nurse handed me a paper towel vest and a napkin and that's how I got to meet him for the first time. He did the worlds quickest exam,told me to have a sona gram and come back. He was gone before I could introduce myself! Then he made me schedule a follow up. On the second appt. they collected my co pay and put me in a room. He walked in said everything was normal then started to walk out! Thirty five dollars for thirty seconds! When I asked him about this he basically said take it or leave it! Of course he will never get a referral from me!

NICE GUY, BUY I CANT EVEN FINISH MY SENTANCE BEFORE HE'S WALKING OUT THE DOOR. NO ONE EVER EXPLAINS WHAT THE PLAN IS AFTER VISIT : WHEN TO HAVE LABS DONE, WHEN TO SCHEDULE NEXT APPOINTMENT ECT. HE NEVER IS IN THE ROOM LONG ENOUGH FOR ME TO GATHER MY THOUGHTS TO GET MY QUESTIONS IN LINE. I'M LUCKY IM A VETERAN MOM, I WOULD TOTALLY BE LOST ON WHAT TO DO DURING MY PREGNANCY. I FEEL SORRY FOR NEW MOM'S WHO ARE BEING SEEN BY THIS DOCTOR.

I was treated in a professional and courteous fashion. I was not rushed and all my questions were answered.

I needed to have an appt as soon as possible so I found dr toggle online an scheduled my visit. The office staf was nice and when I got to see dr Tuggle for the firs time I thought he was very nice to but 2 minutes in to talking to him he started walking towards the door rushing through all my questions and his answers , he told me that I need to have an ultrasound done and referred me to a specialist.when I came back to see Dr Tuggle a few days later to tell me my results he rushed throug them again did not give me s clear answer I had to ask him more than one time to explain to me what he was saying because I never went to a med school and did not understand what he was saying and the whole time he was holding on to a door handle to walk out . I came to him with questions about my health and a left with more questions. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO HiM

Whenever I expressed concern about something I felt dr. Toggle was never fully listening. His bedside manner is terrible and his nurse Luanne talks about patients in a negative way to the other medical assistants in the office. I never plan on returning.

Dr. Tuggle has been my doctor for years and feel so safe with him, knowing he will do everything he can for me.

This doctor didn't even let me finish and find out all the symptoms I had before dismissing my concerns and recommending a course of treatment I'm not sure about. I went to him because I needed to be seen quickly and he had an appointment for the next day. When a specialist like this isn't booked there is a reason why. He didn't seem to notice me gritting my teeth and trying very hard not to scream during the exam so as not to frighten my daughter who wound up having to go with me due to a scheduling issue for my husband at the last minute. It was the only pelvic exam I ever had in my life that required anal probing which he did with absolutely no warning. I was in additional pain for hours just from the exam. Worse still, he told me after the exam that if what he had been looking for had been present, I would have been unable to control the extreme pain reaction which my very young daughter would have witnessed because I didn't even know to try to protect her. I never did even try to… get all my questions answered because I knew I needed to call my first choice doctor for future care.
