Dr. Randall John Wright, MD

Dr. Wright is fantastic and I’ve been with him for years. But try to get ahold of his office and you’ll be on hold for 30 minutes. I also cannot get ahold of any other staff.

Unprofessional, inconsiderate of your time & only make excuses to cover for it! Drove from San Antonio twice, only to say doctor wasn’t in, No Apology, the nerve to ask, Would you like to reschedule? Don’t waste your time!

I was referred by my GP as I have neuralgia (“suicide pain”) and was only able to see his PA. Usually this would be ok however she referred me to both an improper neurosurgeon and pain management specialist who sent me back to the ER. I understand people make mistakes but I subsequently called to ask why this would happen and did not receive a call back at all. If you are in severe pain they will leave you hanging in the wind.

He did not even went over my tests results and schedule a next visit. He thinks that his PA is so good that he does not need to go over with the patients for the test results. So why he doe not retire and let her run his clinic. The PA prescribe me the same medicine I was taking. For the pain on my arm. This was the main reason I went. She sent me to the family doctor. What a waste of money. I regret so much being at that clinic. They just want your money. At any moment they say they are going to refund my money. Be careful when you go over there.

Dr. Wright is very knowledgeable. He genuinely loves and cares about his patients.

There was a very brief wait to see the doctor. The waiting area is nice and very comfortable - they have coffee!! The nurse came in first and explained exactly how the visit would flow. It was nice to hear that about a Dr. that I was seeing for the first time. The nurse also stressed how important it is to the staff to ensure all patients understand the information they are given and that all patients questions are answered. Dr. Wright was wonderful. Very pleasant. He also made sure all my questions were answered about the upcoming treatment. I am thankful that I was referred to Dr. Wright. I feel confident that I am in good hands.

Very accurate with his location of my neck pain. Had neck surgery by a different doctor. The surgery fixed my stenosis, but my neck pain has continued to get worse. I'm making a new appointment to get tested again.

I have called their office 5 times over the last 3 weeks to get my sleep study results. They called me back once and said they would resolve the issue but never called back. I met the doctor after the study and he said there was an error on the required cpap pressure and would correct it. 3weeks later no correction. Do not recommend this doctor.

Best bedside manner out of all the doctors I've seen in 3 years! He was very nice and listened to everything I said. I have a couple of test to run that are expensive but that is not his fault (insurance sucks). The whole staff was very nice too! Great experience over all.
