Dr. Randi M Kodroff, DO

I do not leave reviews ever, but I do feel like people should be warned about Dr. Kodroff. She will prescribe you medication quickly and is very money hungry. But part of being money hungry is taking too many patients. When I asked her one additional question about a hurting area on me she told me I needed to come back for another appointment to get an answer. My tests tools weeks to get back, and I wish they would have admitted they forgot to send them off. When I was very sick she minimized it. I now have switched doctors and am so thankful to be heard and cared for.

I waited 2 hours in an exam room for Dr. Kodroff to appear, only to confuse me with another patient. She was dismissive of my concerns, never bothered to get my medical records from my previous physicians and chalked up my complains to being a hypochondriac. The lab results indicated that my cholesterol spiked dangerously over the course of 6 months, but all she offered was, "welcome to the area." I don't know what that means, but after spending 4 hours total in the office to get 10 minutes of face-time with someone who kept calling me by the wrong name was abominable. In the end, it took 5 days and 11 attempts for her to get my Rx sent into the pharmacy correctly (wrong drug, wrong dose, wrong refill count EACH TIME - even the nurse I spoke to every time I called felt bad), no follow-up about my cholesterol besides a note on my online profile that I'm in perfect health even though the rest of my vitals were off the charts as well. I should report her to the BOI, but I already wasted… enough time with her. Unless you want to spend half the day admiring the wall paper and not getting any real care, stay away.

I was able to come in for a flu shot very early, 8:00 AM. The staff is always eager to to see you and provides excellent service. Highly recommended practice.

Dr. Kodroff did a good job of spending time talking to me to learn about my concerns. I was happy with the care I received and thought it was as pleasant of an experience as it could be.
