Dr. RANDOLPH FINCHER, OD is a BOARD CERTIFIED OPTOMETRISTDr. Fincher was born in Aurora, attended Colorado State University and graduated from the University of Houston, College of Optometry with honors in 1971. He has been a FDA investigator for various contact lens materials.
