First visit and was not very impressed with Doctor Karipineni 's bedside manner. Sat down and looked at the computer more than talking with me. Acted very uninterested in problems I was telling her about. Very intimadating. Told her I was having chest pains and she really never gave me answer and recommend doing further testing. Left office very confused.

Unable to get in touch with the doctor even though I repeatedly informed the staff that I was in pain and needed to talk to her. Once I finally did speak with her she scolded me for calling her office so many times, which was ridiculous since she had previously told me it was possible I had an ectopic pregnancy (a potentially life threatening condition). The test results read that it was NOT an ectopic pregnancy. However, the doctor decided to tell me that she was unsure if it was an ectopic pregnancy even though the test clearly stated it was a cyst. This cost me extra money in the ER and anxiety. Horrible experience with someone that is supposed to be an experienced doctor. The staff never faxed the doctors note I requested as well. My suggestion: find someone else who actually cares about their patients.

Great doctor. Takes her time and explains things well but her staff of receptionist are the nastiest old women you want to meet. They seem miserable and care nothing about customer service. The only reason I tolerate them is to get to the doctor. she should fired them all!
