Dr. Raquel Ann Redtfeldt

I struggled with extreme allergic reactions and went through many unsuccessful approaches over several years, both in traditional and non-traditional practices, before I found Dr. Redtfeldt. She diagnosed me in literally 5 minutes, treated me very successfully in one outpatient surgical intervention, and I am now better than I have been in a very long time. I can breathe through my nose! Dr. Redfeldt is absolutely amazing. She has changed our 7 yr old son's life. With the removal of his aneoids and tonsils a year apart, he is doing just incredible. With her advice, we're also on regular allergy treatments as well. She always took her time to talk right to my son while looking right at him not always me. That was so important, something I will never forget. We have many medical professionals in our family, and they even said, they wouldn't go to anyone except Dr. Redfelt for ENT needs. She's incredible and very well know here in AZ.

I had been having more and more nosebleeds. They seemed to be getting worse. I went to the nearest hospital emer dept (E.D.) with the worst nosebleed I EVER had! They gave me Neosynephrin and the bleed stopped. I was hoping they'd cauterize it, but once stable, an E.D. patient is discharged with instr. to follow up with his or her doc soon. In an hour the bleed started again. My wife called and they said, "bring him right in." Dr. Redtfeldt was very competent. She spotted the offending, protuberant blood vessel right away and set about using silver nitrate to cauterize it. She said she would do it repeatedly until the blood vessel was flat up against the nasal chamber and so she did. She remained calm, steady, focused, and determined. Her manner was friendly and professional. I am a doctor myself and I can tell you this physician is nothing less than "top drawer." It's now weeks later and I have not had one problem with my nose. Great ENT doc....I highly recommend her.

The office staff @ Valley ENT are SO un-friendly. They made me feel as though I was "bothering" or "interrupting" them in person and on the phone. Dr. Redtfeldt rushes through my appointments so I'm not sure why I wait nearly an hour past my appt time...every visit. Her MA, Peter is un-friendly and does not want to answer any questions NOR does he return phone calls or follow-up like he says he will. I'll never give this office another dime.
