This office did not show any professional empathy from the reception, to assistants, to the doctor herself . It is consistent disrespect. If they thought about serving the community right, 1st the staff should be diverse. Diversity keeps the system honest and productive. 2nd, the doctor should not be baised but make decisions and treatment on facts. When somebody is under pain, you treat the underlying cause and the pain. The answer the doctor gave me is "this not a pain clinic". Right afterwards, i called my brother who is a doctor in North Carolina. Also called 2 doctors in phoenix who were my high school classmates. We have the same conclusion. This is bad

We visited doctor - Tracey L. Knotts office in May 2018 - in Chandler, AZ; for the treatment of our child who is a "Special needs" person. We were called into the examination room and a few minutes later, a "Nurse practitioner" (NP) came into the room instead of Dr. Knott. Surprised, we questioned why such is the case? In the end, we rejected the NP because the she was not who we made our appointment for. The appointment was rescheduled, but for their Gilbert, AZ; location. About a week later, we went to their Gilbert’s office. In the office was a BOLD inscription pasted on their window wall and it said; they will call Police if you don’t cooperate with them. However, the first thing they asked was the Insurance card (IC) for my son which was given to them as asked. Then, they handed us a clipboard containing several forms for us to fill. These forms were supposed to have been filled by them, instead. The form wanted to know everything about our lives which we had problem with.… Thus, we filled the portions we believed related to us and left others which we felt were invasive to our privacy and security. Because the forms were not filled to their liking, they became agitated and asked for our son’s “guardianship papers” (GP). The GP was not in our possession at that time. We have visited the office several times before and the GP was never asked for. Because we didn’t have the GP, they refused to provide to us services and asked us to reschedule the doctor’s visit. Thus, we reschedule the visit. However, when we got home, we decided not to go back to their Gilbert office. Therefore, we rescheduled for the Chandler location which we had gone the first time. In the Chandler location, the first thing they asked was the Insurance card and the next was the guardianship papers (GP). Remember this was the office we first visited and they never asked for GP. Certainly, the Gilbert office has written several negative comments into my son’s medical record because we did not fill the forms telling them about our lives, including the Social security number (SSN). Anyway, the GP was given to them with ease because it does exist. Thus, we were called into the examination room. Enter Doctor Tracey L. Knott: When she came into the examination room, her demeanor was very mean and offensive. We kept our cool and tried to complain to her what has happened in the process of our trying to see her. Surprisingly, she became very defensive and supportive of her staff, cutting us off several times without letting us finish our sentences. She had answers for every of our half (incomplete) sentences and was very rude - to shorten the long story. Dumbfounded or rather speechless, we listened to her talk of her policy and et al. with fraustration. If such is your policy [refusing treatment for a “Special needs person” because the person’s relatives did not submit GP], why were we not told of such initially? Why were we called into the room to be examined in the Chandler office in our first visit? It takes no intellectual to know they retaliated because we refused to tell them our life stories in the forms they handed to us to fill. Worst still, doctor Tracey L. Knotts, refused to listen to our side of the commotion, but only relied on what her staff had told her. This doctor is in the WRONG profession. She has no empathy and treats her patients with great disrespect.
