Worst experience at doctors office and I’ve been to many different local doctors. The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. They also think it’s normal to wait hours to see doctor and told me that’s how doctor offices are…ummm no they aren’t actually. Many run correctly and professionally so maybe you need to send staff for basic office etiquette and customer service. I left without the insulin I needed and came for. Trust me, no one cared. They are more worried about collecting cash only payments

over medicates her patients! I know of 4 very dear elders who have and are suffering from her putting them on too many meds and taking them off meds that their specialist put them on.

Absolutely cannot get anyone to answer the phone or do their job. the worst service i have ever had. No questions answered, no rush on any paperwork or records. Absolutely the WORST!

I have never been so unsatisfied in my life. She had a room full of patients including myself and she did not even get to the office until after 1 pm. I waited well over two hours to be seen. The experience was terrible to say the lest. She never did a look over or checkup she gave me medicine for what she assumed I have and come to find out she was wrong after I had to get a second opinion. Also she doesn't do refills for any medication, when my now new doctor does. This lady is in this for the money she does not care about her patients or there'll being. If she is the kind of doctor she claims to be she would respect other people's time. She comes and goes when she feels best. I'll also witnessed her being completely rude to another pacient and had the young lady in tears so no I will not return and will not recommended her to anyone. Sad that this world now calls people like this doctors.

Not going back, after third visit,, waited for over 2 1/2 hours.

I have been a patient of Dr hooda for about 5 years now. At first she was nice and caring. Then I noticed her lack of interest in her patients. She does not get into her office until 1 or 2 in the afternoon which leaves her patients waiting for hours at a time. I've been known to sit for a few hours before being seen, even though your appointment will be scheduled for early you have to wait till she decides to come in some days later than others. There have been times she just leaves the office, sometimes she will not be in her office due to her being sick or a family situation which I understand things do happen but you should have a back up plan for situations that come up. A doctor should care more in my opinion. She is very rude and she gives anyone medicine all you have to do is say you need it. She gets so many people addicted to this pain medications just so they will continue to come back to her. She never checks her patients you come in and tell her your symptoms or what… you need you leave with a handful of prescriptions. Never checks you out all they do is check blood pressure. Her office is always hot and it's dirty. If she wants to keep her patient she should care more about her patients & not bring her home problems to work and get a back up plan on the days she decides to come in late or not at all.

Dr. Hooda has been my family doctor for three plus years now. And I am completely confident within her care. In my opinion she's everything a great Physician should be. Both in medical skills and in personality. None better.

Dr. Hooda is an excellant physician. There are no complaints about her professional demeanor, however the office is deplorable! She is in need of a good professional cleaning service inside and outside of her premises!
