I love Dr. Berger! I called in the morning and got in right away and they were so nice on the phone. They exceeded my expectations with Covid-19 precautions with social distance seating, masks, hand sanitizer and before each time I sat at a testing station she told me it had just been sanitized before I sat down. I really appreciated that. Dr.Berger made me feel so much better about my diabetes and how it affects my eyes and any problems I was having. He was thorough and explained everything to me and was super understanding. DID I MENTION THEY HAVE AN OFFICE DOG?! It’s just a great place to go when you need your eyes checked. See ya in 6 months!

The physical appearance, inside and out is clean, very organize and pleasing to the eye. The most important thing to me is the service that we always receive from the staff and the doctor. I met him about 12 years ago and I love his personality. He is so detailed in his explanation and makes it plain so you can understand it. He did both of my cataract surgeries. He has provided excellent care for my husband and I and I recommended him to my friend for her surgeries. We drive from Cleveland Heights to Middleburg Heights for his service. Thank you to Dr. Berger and staff.

Office staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr.Berger is good at communicating and is extremely patient. What I appreciate the most is that Dr Berger and his staff talk directly to you. Frequently at other appointments the staff or Drs seem more interested in their computer screens and gives you the impression that you aren't being truly heard. My husband had his cataracts removed by Dr Berger and it was a very successful and pleasant experience I highly recommend Dr. Berger and his staff !!!!!

We went in to see the doctor and saw him maybe for two minutes, but were there an hour and a half. The entire time we felt rushed, and he seemed to mock our questions. We left with more questions than when we came in. His feet were out the door as we were still talking to him and he didn’t introduce himself or the girl in the room with him. The girl at the front desk never said hello and only said ‘that’ll be $20’ . The only nice person was the technician in the room with us. We left and went straight to a different doctor who took care of us in Strongsville and we didn’t feel like an inconvenience to him. Should also note- We went in for an injury and he looked at it for maybe 30 seconds.

Kind and patient staff; appointment not rushed, questions answered. I have been a patient of Dr. Berger for numerous years and the Dr. and his staff are amazing! Dr. Berger takes his time with me to explain treatment plans and goals and his staff is very professional and always make me feel comfortable on my visits . An excellent doctor and staff.
