They will not call the interpreter and you will have to bring the interpreter or call to get interpreter. Lousy staffs service

Staff is incompetent. I have been trying for a month to obtain a copy of a report from a hearing exam. I have been told multiple times that it would be emailed. Then, I was told that it was illegal to send medical records via email and that it had been uploaded to my "patient portal" and that all I needed to do was create a login and sign in to view it. I logged in and no report. I did visit the office in person and they were able to print out a hard copy on a broken printer that left a big blank vertical stripe down the left side of the document that rendered it useless...…. I honestly don't know how this place hasn't been shut down by the state

I'm typing this as I'm on my 48th minute on waiting in the lobby area. This is my third visit here. Before even seeing the doctor, the receptionist asks for our money. After paying and looking around, we see that every seat, except three scattered across the room, were filled. We were also met with a nurse the first visit who could not even tell me my blood pressure when I asked. (she took it manually, through a thick sweater). the visit with the specialist himself took 6 minutes. I understand doctors, specifically specialists are on time constraints. however, if you are choosing to accept such large patient volumes, you should also be expected to have enough accommodations for them.

This doctor is AWFUL at getting back to you! referred me to an MRI center. Did that. They said he/d get back to me in 24 hours. Never got back to me. I called, They have no voice mail system at the office. I called again a week later. Lady picked up and took my name, another lady picked up and had absolutely no idea who i was or why i was calling then referred to the notes because the doctor wasn't in. Said the MRI came back negative, couldn't tell me negative for what, and that told me that the doctor had but down to come back as needed. YOU DIDNT FIX ME! what do you mean "as needed" the original need was not met. Also the first time i saw him he talked about a steroid injection and again when i asked them they had no idea what i was talking about. Waiting to hear back, ya right guess ill call back in a few days and talk to my insurance in the meantime.

HORRIBLE BILLING POLICY!! They waited until I got to my appointment and THEN at sign in told me I had to pay in full right then. They would not wait for my insurance to pay them. EVERY OTHER DOCTOR I HAVE EVER BEEN TO TAKES MY COPAY ONLY. This is ridiculous. NOW they say they are keeping ALL OF MY MONEY for 6 months even though I have the paid claim form showing they have already received the money from my insurance company. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS and a TOTAL RIP-OFF!! Find another ENT that can afford to take your insurance copay from you and wait for their money!!!! I guess they are so hard up that they have to draw interest on my money for 6 months to squeak by. Wow. They received money from Ins Company and Me and won't give me my money back. This seems illegal.

I had tubes placed ion my ear, due to the fact that I was unable to drain the fluid. The tube that was placed cured the problem BUT....opened up a brand new problem. While in his care at the hospital getting this done, I contracted a staph infection. Don't really know who is at fault there but when I brought it to his attention at the post -op visit, he tells me...."don't worry, just an ingrown hair in your nose causing the irritation" WOW....no meds....no cultures....no nothing. Well one trip to urgent care and getting a third doctor to help me.....I am on road to being healthy. DO USE THIS DOCTOR!!!

Both my children saw this doctor. One for tonsilectomy and the other to have tubes placed. You will find it very easy to get an appointment and the wait time won't be very long but the care you will be receiving is substandard. Whether he is not a very good doctor or just likes doing unnecessary procedures in order to bill insurance is unclear. But neither option is appealing. After my son had tubes placed in his ears at this doctors recommendation he continued to have problems and need additional things done. I soought a second opinion when multiple procedures was the diagnosis since seeing the new doctor no more surgeries and the problem was resolved in the office. I do not recommend this doctor. He sends children to the hospital to be put under anethesia for procedures that could very easily be done in the office.

What should have been a quick one visit procedure and follow up was drug out into five visits and five insurance claims and I had to seek out another doctor to perform the procedure.
