Dr. Ravi Nandan Sinha, MD

Dr Sinha was rude and dismissive despite my explanation of symptoms severely affecting my quality of life and having test results to back up how I feel. He told me to get more sleep and lose weight and offered no further suggestion as to medical treatment of what is clearly a medical problem.

Dr. Sinha is quite thorough and competent. He keeps explicit notes so that he can give the best care to his patients.

Women need to steer clear of this "doctor". You will be diagnosed with "anxiety" no matter what your medical problem is. No blood work and barely a physical exam. I was glad my husband was in the room with me. This doctor is a creep and I'm glad I wasn't alone with him.

He rested his hand across my chest and touched my breasts while doing physical examination. He made me extremely uncomfortable. I should have slapped him there but i was in a state of shock and disbelief.

Should have read these reviews instead of ones on his website. Not interested at all in anything I had to say, oh wait. I didn't get to say or tell him much of anything. Made me feel like I didn't belong there. Left in tears.

Didn't like that I had no information sheet. I wasn't given one to fill out. Asked why I was there. Told me all tests given to me were unnecessary for my condition. Told me my med dose was too high, bit didn't lower it. Asked where I got blood work done and told me to come back in 3 months. Shook my hand and showed me the door. In tears, I went and got blood work papers and scheduled appt , but upon more thought will not be going back.

Saw this doctor twice, the 2nd time against my better judgment. I don't know how he is for diabetes, but for everything else you'd be better off buying a subscription to Wikipedia, because this guy stopped learning about 27 years ago. He has all the answers without asking any questions. In short, a God complex.

Everything thes previous reviews have said are true i am a heart patient as well so i needed real help you go to these doctors asking for real help and they really let you down. My last visit with him i told him i was doing everything to lose weight including changing my food intake to a high fiber diet and the weight was still not coming off and his response to me was go on a 1000 calorie diet that will work ??. When I told my cardiologist what was said to me, she was "shocked" that he would say that to me. Needless to say my awesome cardiologist has given me a list of endocrinologist's so i can try to find a doctor that cares about my well-being.

Females beware...this man is dismissive, and not involved. He barely listened to my symptoms, showed no creative energy and ran no tests. I waited a month to see him and it was a huge waste of time. He said I needed "estrogen" and an antidepressant !!! I don't know how he is with men but he seems to be mysogynistic and minimizing of a woman's problems.

As others have said, this man has no concern for womens issues, which are critically underdiagnosed. There is a shortage of endocrinologists, and so like others I wound up with Dr. Sinha. He will not investigate anything and acts like his time is being wasted and treats the patient like a hypochondriac. What a jerk!
