Dr. Rebecca Eve Jacobson, MD

Is a great ob gyn. She really loves and cares for her patients unlike the other ob gyns that work at high land park hospital.

I finally received an answer to why I get monthly UTIs. She was very professional and very easy to communicate with. I’m am so grateful to God for my being introduced to her. I have seen 3 Urologist and 2 gynecologist. She is a God sent doctor. If you have problems go see her if she can’t figure it out I bet she knows someone who does.

I had a very complicated pregnancy and delivery. She was there through all of it. She made me feel at ease, cared about my illness, made sure I was safe and my baby was healthy. She made sure I knew exactly what was happening to me throughout my entire pregnancy. I have since had other issues and she has always taken the time to explain all of my options to me and review all of my conditions to be sure there are no contradictions in medications. She is very thorough and takes time to explain any treatments available. I also want to state that I am a single mother, was single through out my pregnancy, and faced NO judgement or scorn. She was very supportive and noted that fact in the system so she and the other doctors would not ask where the father was.

Awful, poor bedside manor and cold. Don't waste you time. Plenty of great Dr's. out there...she is not one of them.

Dr. Jacobson is very knowledgeable and compassionate. I've been with Dr. Jacobson through two pregnancies, one that was high risk, as well as the diagnosis and management of other health conditions. I will admit that she isn't the most outgoing of people but when it comes to addressing my health issues I trust her opinion and find her well read when developing a treatment plan.

She delivered one of my babies and honestly I am a little worried, because I feel she didn't seem to know what she was doing. I am upset the fact that my husband was in the room and she didn't even say hello to him when she walked in the room for the first time or anytime. I have to say the nurse seemed to know more than her, I feel a little better knowing that nurse was there when I delivered but still very unhappy with this Dr. I do not recommend her.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this doctor. She is knowledgable and informative. She counsels patients with compassion and empathy. She helped me through a very difficult time in my life. I would recommend her to my friend, sister or mother.

It has been easy to set-up appointments and the office staff is friendly. The doctors are very friendly. She is wonderful to have for a doctor.

People need to understand that you should NOT see this Doctor if you are a single woman. She is highly judgmental. It seems her passion is strictly surrounding married couples / fertility. She addresses anything else with extreme skepticism and is a glass half full with all of her findings. Again, strictly regarding anything that is outside of the positive nature of marriage and fertility. As a doctor, you should love all aspects of your profession, and see everything about women's health as a positive challenge to defeat. I think LFOBGYN has much better doctors to offer that will not judge you.
