Never feel rushed You have her complete attention Soooooo glad I found her when my doctor retired!

After being called back for my appointment I waited about 45 minutes before the doctor came in. Dr. Swartz was very nice and thorough. I was given an ultrasound a few days after my appointment and was told I would be called with the results later the same day but Dr. Swartz was not in on that Friday so I was told she would call me on Monday. As of today I've waited one full week for that call and still have not received it so I just tried calling the office but they are closed even though their website says they are open until 6 o'clock It was 1 o'clock when I tried to call. Because of the long wait time and the poor follow up with the ultrasound I can only score this visit as fair.

My HMO does not allow me to be with Dr Schwartz any more so I will have to wait until I'm 65 and on Medicare to see her again. She is one of my favorite of all doctors. She is detailed, listens and is a caring individual. I appreciated that while she was thorough, she did not pressure you into what could be unnecessary treatment. My highest recommendation.
