I have been a patient since 2007. I would not see anyone else.

This office is horrible with calling you with test results so you have to call and talk to a medical assistant. Easy? Not at all. You call and are instantly put on hold for "the next available medical assistant", which means you wait for at least 10 min on hold. The message says you can leave a message- sure, but they don't call back so you just end up having to call back and wait on hold again. After about 25 min on hold the system kicks your call off and you get to start all over again... Repeat for any test done. Oh and on top of that this doctor had no bedside manner and diagnosed miscarriage without definite proof! If dating was off by only a few days then test results would have been in a normal range.

While waiting in my room, I could hear her voice outside my room, making fun of another patient. There was lots of snickering among staff. They must not know that the rooms are not sound proof. I was very turned off by this unprofessional behavior.
