Dr. Reed Locke Bartz, MD

Dr. Bartz is the best orthopedic doctor I know and I know alot of them. He's done 3 surgeries on me and all were successful. He is very knowledgeable and sweet. He's easy to talk to, he explains things to you and shows you the x-rays in layman's terms. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to everyone!!!

Dr Bartz cancelled 5 appointments in all on my wife. Twice she had already drove up to the office before they called and cancelled. Twice was for scheduled surgeries. The first surgery he cancelled we got all the way to the hospital, went thru admissions and paperwork, paid for surgery, and waited 20 minutes before they gave us the bad news. They then rescheduled for two days later, we asked how do they know he will be ok. They assured us he was getting better and would be fine, then cancelled again. We went to a different ortho and after one appt, we knew more about the surgery than what bartz ever mentioned, and they were able to get my wife's surgery done within one week. he does not do a good job explaining anything, and his staff struggle with organization. Now im waiting weeks for them to refund the money we paid for cancelled surgeries. Not to mention i took vacation days from work to take care of my wife that were wasted. Stay way from bartz
