Dr. Regina Lorren Holloway, MD

Dr. Holloway and her staff ended up being the worst medical experience for me. The level of patient care is very low. If you call, you probably won't get anyone. If you are lucky enough, they are extremely rude. They actually hang up on me a couple times. If they say they'll call you back, they probably won't. It's more like you're an insurance number & not a person. I recommend to everyone, look elsewhere.

This doctor is a drug dealer with a degree. She lives in her office and steals money from her patients. Beware

Dr. Holloway seems to be nothing but money hungry. I was told my office visit was going to be no more than $80.00 before I made my appointment. When I got to her office they processed my debit card for $70.00, upon leaving her office they told me it would be another $75.00 (total of $145. for 1 office visit) so I let them process my card again due to me being so honest. I was there due to some minor issues one being mlood pressure meds needed to be refilled. I have been there on numerous occasions and my charts states that I am alergic to Lisinopril aan what does she prescribe me? That's right Lisinopril but I didn't notice until I went to have the prescription filled. So I call her office and explained to them what had happened.so they called me in another precription and it ending in (pril) so I called them again and she said it was not in my chart that I couldn't take anything ending in (pril) so I Googled Lisinopril and it states on line if you are allergic to this you can't… take anything ending in (pril) and she is the doctor? So needless to say I called the office again and Dr. Holloway got on the phone this time (very rude) so she called in me a $100.00 per month prescription, really?? there is a list at Wal-mart of around 50 meds for high blood pressure at $4.00 per month which I faxed to them before she even called in the $100.00 meds. I am sure this is why it is so easy to get an appointment with her, noone uses her anymore.

I will never use or recommend dr. Holloway. I went for joint pain weight anddepression and she didnt address anything or try to help she pprescribed me a medication that made me swell so bad I couldn't walk so I called and told them and she said just keep taken it u eill be fine! Really lady I cant move!!!!!! Then told me it was 1,500 for a regular check up which is a bull because its never more than 100. I hate this doctor she should get in trouble for the meds she proscribes and not maken sure the pateint is ok if something happens while taken it

Been a patient with Dr. Holloway for years and she has always been great.

Paid for a service in full and was not provided with the services paid for. Upon arrival for (requested by the doctor - for follow up visit) to handle additional services (already paid for) the doctor refused to see me unless I agreed to bill my insurance for services that I did not need. The cops were called by their staff to remove me when the doctor refused to come out and address my questions or give a refund for services not rendered. Paid for labwork $ that was never done. I was very surprised that the doctor didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, the doctor just ignored all of my questions. The doctor completely ignored me. The office staff seemed to understand my concerns and tried to address them with the doctor for me. She refused to give, refused to speak with me, refused to give me my money back, and called the police. The girls in the front were very apologetic as they stated "they were sorry that they were forced to be the bad guys". In fact when… the police showed up one office girl was still checking on something and had asked me to wait. Was the most demeaning experience ever. I would NEVER recommend this doctor.

My daughter went there a few times and every time the doctor had an attitude. The last time the doctor asked her when did her dizziness take place, standing, lying, sitting, walking. My daughter told her it happens when doing all of these and the doctor told her it couldn't be all of these it had to be one or the other! Needless to say, we changed doctors right after this!
