Dr. Regina Portnova, MD

Recently I was at Dr. Regina Portnova's office for my first time and will never come back. I really liked Dr. Portnova for his professionalism, attentiveness, and courtesy. Which I absolutely cannot say about one of two of her nurses. The receptionist is also responsible for drawing blood. This nurse has huge colored false nails that prevent her from working with medical instruments. She starts preparations to draw my blood and at the same time, she continued to answer the incoming phone calls.  While she was preparing things such as swabs, test bottles, a needle, etc. she was not wearing gloves. I asked why she doesn't put on gloves, she replied that she would wear them when she began to take blood. She poured sanitizer on her palm and rubbed it without even touching her nails because it is inconvenient for her. After touching all things, she finally put on gloves. She stuck a needle in my arm, but no blood appeared and she began to move the needle in different directions. She could… not find a vein, pool the needle out, and asked for another hand. I did not feel secure and asked a different nurse, but only she can draw blood at Dr. Regina Portnova's office. In addition, there are many patients in the line. Despite the appointed time, I spent 2,5 hours in the office, of which 10 minutes of communication with the doctor and an unsuccessful attempt to take blood, the rest of the waiting time.
