Rude loud not trust worthy very unprofessional gives out inaccurate information, confertational, ugly attitude, office should be shut down just because of the receptionist and her attitude, hangs the phone up in your face while your still talking .

Dr Setliff your staff is below par they are truly ghetto and trashy.

Front desk staff is rude need written up and out the door. Front desk staff acts like it's their medical practice and Not Dr Setliff. Reality check your not the doctor.

Jossie was very rude, confrontational, intrusive, she failed to place us back on the schedule for today's visit. She went as far as saying the doctor will not see us today on three different occasions. I asked for a ROI form for HIPPA she refused to give it out. I called UTSW complaint line they in return called her once off the phone she stated out loud to me and other pts in the waiting room if we want to complain -complain to Dr Setliff then slammed the waiting room. glass window so hard that it could have shattered. So Dr Setliff I hope you are reading this. Your employee that has been there for 18 years shows no intergerity, compassion, and very unethical and lies about ROI forms and who you do and don't want to see on a daily basis.

Dr. Setliff is a wonderful listener and doesn't have a problem touching. During my exam, she discovered swelling on the front of my neck. I nor my previous doctor, noticed it. I'm so grateful for that because I'm so much better for it. Dr. Setliff is patient, understanding and listens; she cares. She even has a sense of humor! Bless Her! I commend her staff as well. They're a great team.

DR. SETLIFF IS A VERY CARING AND UNDERSTANDING DOCTO WHEN IT COME TO HER PATIENT OVERALL HEALTH ISSUE , ME MYSELF HAS BEEN A PATIENT FOR OVER 29 YEARS WITHOUT ANY COMPLAINTS, MY MEDICAL ISSUE HAS GOTTEN WORSE OVER THE YEARS , BUT ANY DOCTOR I SEE HAVE TO KEEP DR. SETLIFF IN THE LOOP IF THEY CAN'T , I FIND A DOCTOR THAT CAN , I HAVE 6 CHRONIC DISEASE THAT I LIVE WITH , AND WITHOUT DR. SETLIFF TALKING AND ASSURING ME THAT I MAKE IT THROUGH AND RESEARCH WHAT I DO TO MAKE FEEL BETTER, EVEN HER STAFF NO MY NUMBER WHEN I CALL AND ALWAYS HELP ME TO FULLEST EXTEND THAT THEY CAN. I HAVE 5 OTHER RELATIVE THAT SHE SEE, ALSO MY MOTHER BEFORE SHE PASS SO AS FAR AS MEDICAL HISTORY SHE MAKE SURE I GET ALL THE TESTING I NEED. I WOULD HAVE TO GIVE DR. SETLIFF AND HER STAFF, ABOVE AND BEYOND EXCELLENT RATING

Dr. Setliff is kind, friendly, and very professional. She does not rush , spends time with me. You don't have to wait a long time. She is the BEST!

I have been a patient of Dr. Relda Setliff for over 20 years and I trust her decision concerning my well being.

I haven't encountered a Dr like Dr Relda S in a very long time. She's very attentive and genuine. I appreciate her svcs.

When I called the office initially and spoke with Dr. Setliff's Medical Assistant Luz, who was rude and slightly argumentative, I should have stopped there. I went ahead and scheduled the appt because I at least wanted to give the "physician" a chance. I have been in the office twice, called at least 7 times and have almost ALWAYS had to deal with Luz! Well no more!!! She is very abrupt, rude and the MAIN reason I will not return to this office. Dr. Setliff should be ashamed of having someone so unprofessional work with her patients. Not only will I not return to this office, I am contacting the insurance company to let them know that such a person is employed there and patients should not be subjected to such a person. LUZ is why I'm leaving this office and will not refer anyone there. She had a HORRIBLE attitude!
