I am sadly disappointed with this practice. Contacted to make an appointment to be told they'll call me back. I am experiencing debilitating pain and went to urgent care instead. Front office/receptionist staff is unprofessional and seem to be incompetence when it comes to basic scheduling or problem solving without the need for the doctor's help every time. Just need more competent and friendly receptionist staff.

Do not use her as your doctor. She and her staff have ZERO bedside manner and no concern for your personal time. I always wait upwards of 45 minutes in the waiting room and then at least another 30 before the doctor comes in to see me. Not to mention, she NEVER takes my symptoms/self-diagnosis seriously. She always has to see me in person (always confirming that I was right), which eats up my entire day. She is the WORST doctor.

I was a new patient and i was very uncomfortable. Her staff are very rude and they are not people friendly. Every other visit there was always a new face. I once overheard two of her staff members gossiping in the back while i waited over 20 minutes for the Dr to come in to see me after the nurse took my vitals.

She shows concern and very attentive

I have been a patient for over 2 yrs with this Dr., and I am so disappointed. At first, she started off by appearing to be concerned about me and my health, but after a short period of time, it seems as if she totally lost interest. This office changes staff more often then any office I have ever been to. The staff is always new when I visit. The wait time here is unbelievable! You sit in the waiting area for at least an hour, and then you sit in the exam room and wait another 1 to 2 hours to be seen. When the Dr. finally comes in, she only goes over your labs. She is absolutely not interested in anything else related to health or any other concerns that you may have or want to talk to her about. She has no problem talking to you from afar, like in the hall way while she is making notations in your file, even if the door to your exam room is wide open for any and everyone in ear shot to hear. I have never experienced unprofessional behavior such as this in my entire life. She will… not discuss any alternative treatments for your condition, even if the one she has prescribed is not working. Please, please do not go to this doctor unless you are in perfect health and only need a check-up!

This dr & her staff have no time for sick people. The front office personnel are rude..just plain out hateful. The same people are never there by your second or third visit. Appears dr cannot keep a stable staff. They do not return phone calls & if you call them back you are treated with disrespect. Dr & staff main goal seems to be collecting $25.00 for a missed appointment or for being 10 min late for an appointment. Appears she makes most of her money for preying on folks like this. Recently had emergency situation & dr refused to see me. Preferred that I contact someone else. Only one of many bad experiences with her & her staff. Any serious health issues you may have - please don't waste your time trying to see Dr Jones. She will refer you out. Appears she is only capable of reviewing lab results & does not care about serious health issues or is unable to deal with them. Will never return to this office again...you will not find any quality of medical care at this… office. Reported her to Medicare & private insurance carrier.

Doctor & staff have no time for sick people. Have sat in front office waiting in excess of two hours only to wait again in patient room. Doctor is too busy to spend time talking about patient issues. They want you in & OUT!..It takes anywhere from three to five days for a phone call response. Nothing is urgent to her staff. They wrote the book on rudeness. Will never return to this office again.

One word to describe this office, chaos. The front office promises to call me back to reschedule an appointment and I never hear from them. I am very frustrated. I made the mistake of becoming a patient here. Don't make that same mistake. I needed an ultrasound and they sent me to the hospital and got a $944 bill. I talked to many friends in the healthcare field and they asked why I went to the hospital since things are more expensive there. I said because my doctor sent me there. Dr. Jones is not keeping up with medical literature. She was still advocating self- breast exams which is not recommended anymore.

After several terrible experiences with the receptionists and staff, I dropped this doctor. They are incredibly rude, and the follow-up is terrible. They open and close whenever they feel like it, ignoring their own office hours. The doctor is nice, but be prepared to wait at least an hour past your appointment time. She also usually doesn't spend more than 10-15 minutes talking to you before she moves on to the next patient. I am so incredibly unhappy with my experiences at this office, never again.

I brought my 83 year old mother to her and she has been the most caring doctor I've encountered. She has showed genuine interest in her as an individual and has been on top of her medical needs. I will highly recommend her to anyone!
